Customer service very responsive. . .

After immediately contacting customer service to please cancel two payments I made in error, I was promptly told that the cancellation request had been processed and that I would receive a full refund within fourteen business days. I appreciated the supportive non-judgmental response and complimented Spirio on their integrity.

Beyond my expectations

I've been going through a stressful time and didn't realize there was auto-renewal. The customer service team responded promptly to my request. They were so empathic, incredibly generous and kind at a time when I most needed it.

I emailed support to cancel my service. Support (Tina) replied within minutes which was amazing. I wasnt expecting to hear back for a day or two. My account was found and services canceled upon my request. I was offered a great retention offer but the timing isn't right for me right now. But because of this great and quick service today, I will definitely consider coming back in the future. I was very impressed.
