Absolute worst casino. Takes literally a week to receive your withdrawal. If you want to receive your winnings within 24 hours I’d look at other casinos like sky crown, lucky hunter, or spin fever. Stay away from this casino. Once I finally receive my winnings I’ll be closing my account.

I have had decent wins at this casino the pay out time even being a vip status is super slow compared to other online casinos.
Three days ago now I had a win of 900 the status is still sitting as “in progress” I have reached out to my vip manager via email as well as the support team like instructed when I contact the live support and since sending multiple emails have not yet received a response as to what’s going on with the payment. I’ve had larger wins then this before and no issue but this time it’s dragged and despite regularly depositing and being a loyal customer I have still not received an update. Contacted my bank who advised that there are no pending transactions at all of the amount of 900. If you want fast pay outs and a sense of reassurance you will be paid your winnings I would consider looking at other online casinos.
