Ordered on 22nd of December , didn’t receive until 4th of January . That too after following up. No tracking number were provided and no status of the order available . Slightly disappointed.

Total joke of a company! Ordered over a month ago after 2weeks I contacted them to say I hadn’t received my order they said that the delivery company had smashed the package another 3 messages and promised reply nothing and today they ask me for feedback! Unacceptable customer service

I made and order and was waiting for it and had to reach out to customer support as had no information, they replied letting almost instantly letting me know an item wasn’t in stock, then sent with a replacement item that was supposed to be the same price point but I wasn’t happy with the replacement they provided and after contacting customer support they provided a refund for the missing product.
