Designed for use in film, TV and game music and especially suited to dark, urbane, indie style scores, its early incarnation is already a directors’ and composers’ favourite. This intuitive and instantly playable toolkit will inspire any discerning media composer or producer looking for fresh sounds and atmospheric textures with an experimental edge.

Extremely processed sounds, you can sometimes tell it’s a guitar, but I’m really disappointed with this purchase. In my opinion, it’s far below the level of most Spitfire products. For me, it has no real use in most setups.

Highly recommended - excellent samples.

A well-recorded library full of atmospheric sounds. Ideal for scoring film and TV.

As a guitar player I must admit the creators of library have made a lot of effort creating this particular library. I highly encourage others to investigate this product and push it to its full capacity. There is magic to be found.

Ambient offers a program design and a good sound

I am a full-time (for more than 20 years) composer and sound designer. From Super Bowl ads to films, documentaries, art installations etc Spitfire Audio has been one of my top choices. Their products are amazing. I can’t begin to count the times they have inspired an entire piece or simply added the perfect final touch. Every product is well designed and unique. I plan to eventually have their entire catalog.

To be fair, I should have spent more time understanding this product. I thought it was going to be more traditional electric guitar sounds. I think the title and cover art for this product is misleading. The old name under “Enigma” was probably a better description. The sounds are weird and dark. Often, they do not sound like guitar at all. I will probably find some use for these in a project just not as traditional guitar sounds.

The first GTR lib I've found that is not really guitar-centric but is so much more - invites exploration . . .

Muy buenos sonidos, una gran paleta de posibilidades, especialmente si buscas algo más experimental.

decent product. I find the source files to be a bit limited, especially the limited sample range. Some sounds don't sound very good in the upper register

To be honest, I bought this because it is a bundled sale. I haven't used it much yet, but congratulations on the experimental sound recording work. I plan to take the time to listen carefully to everything. Long live the experimental music~!!!

I gotta say this purchase was a major disappointment. I buy Spitfire products constantly, as they are my main go-to for great sound libraries, especially when I'm on a composing deadline. There is an overall excitement I get when buying a Spitfire product as I cant wait to dive in and start creating. This product is not something I feel stands up to the quality of their other products. I could not find one useful sound in it. I clicked on one thing after the other and was like, wow, that sounds terrible. The sounds and effects felt very dated. Watching the trailer and demo for it, I would have thought this was something that was going to sound fresh and also save me time on creating an ambient background as a base for other instruments. But it really sounded terrible and makes everything you put on top of it sound terrible. It would not be something to compliment a good score- unless you are scoring for a horror/dystopia film- if so, then this module is for you. But seriously, it is extremely overpriced for what it is. I apologize if this has offended anyone, but I do need to be honest here. I would love it if I could return it for a refund but I know that's not possible.

A unique combination of both edgy and lovely sounds in an easy to use interface shell. It added a level of depth to my current scoring job that I'm really pleased with. I'm also happy with how much I can edit and save my own treatments. While I've only had it for a bit over 12 days I can already tell this will become one of my "go-to" libraries. Great job!

Fantastic sounds but haven’t got into the true depths as yet but certainly looking forward to it. I just wish some of the main products had the same separate plugin format as the new BBC orchestra plugin. I find Kontakt frustrating to use if I’m honest.

A very comprehensive library with an outstanding amount of quality and easy to use layout for the three different GUIs.
