After getting a myriad of excellent free instruments from Spitfire Audio (Spitfire LABS and BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover), and since my budget is a bit limited right now, I decided to purchase one of their affordable 29€ libraries, Originals Media Toolkit. It has great value for its price, it includes several instruments and sounds that complement LABS and BBCSO very nicely, and I was glad to contribute, since all profits go to a charity. I also find the interface of all Spitfire Audio libraries to be very pleasant and clean. The app for downloading the plugins themselves is a bit buggy at times, but once you have downloaded the plugins, they work seamlessly with my DAW. These small affordable packages are a neat idea and very well implemented. I'll definitely keep an eye out for any new Originals libraries that come out.

Overall an amazing-sounding plug-in. The persussions on this are very unusual and original. The only problem is that the attack and release didn´t vary that much in many of the elements included such as the reverse guitar for example.

I bought this just for the piano as I didn't like the sounds of the piano libraries I had access to and the piano in this toolkit sounded amazing. I'm very happy with it. I'm still considering the other piano libraries, but if this were my only piano library, I would be perfectly fine to make the music I do indefinitely at a much higher quality than I had before.

This is a great addition to my plugin library. It took a little while to get the most out of it but I love it now.I purchased it mainly for the Piano but am finding myself using a lot more patches in my writing. Great product! x

It's a great starter set for those jumping into composition for media. The piano is wonderful with great signal choices. I wish there was a bit more flexibility in the synth and percussion patches but I am well satisfied with my purchase.

The Media Toolkit is a small curated tool, that will not be to everyone’s liking. It treads some well worn ground with another intimate piano sound which is disappointing (even if it’s a well recorded sound). The found around the house hits are fun but I’ve to find any practical application for them.

This has some great percussive effects that would be very useful for film/TV scoring. They are not meant to be dominant in the mix, but to sit behind and give the track that little bit extra to lift of fill it out. I have only given this 4 stars because for me personally, as an amateur songwriter, the percussive effects are less likely to be useful. However, it has a nice bright sounding piano and some great synths which are very usable. All proceeds also go to charity (so I am tempted to give it the fifth star just for that).

Some original sounds, very inspiring. I'm not sure it totaly deserve the "5 stars" rate but for the price, and the considering the humanist purpose of this bank, i don't regret this purchase rather it's very cool. I like particulray the piano, the guitare and i use often the "shakers".
