Great sound!!
An excellent option when it comes to price/quality
The best cello in my experience, great dinamic with a sensibility and nouances.
Good library
Very authentic sound and works well with it.
Spitfire solo cello is a very good choice for composers looking for a solo cello that can create emotive lines as well as fast runs and performances.
Like most of Spitfire's originals, the solo cello has a vibe. It's a special vibe not available anywhere else.
Solo Cello is the best cello plugin I’ve heard. Highly recommended.
It's very stable. Especially the touch is great. It adds depth and soul to my works.
Very expressive. Very playable. Lots of techniques easily engaged. When you need to highlight the cello aside from the ensemble, this is what you need. Paired with Spitfire Solo Violin you'll have a great duo with amazing sound.
too expensive for its capabilities
One of my favorites.
Nice One !! Very realistic and easy to use !!
Hard to get the touch just right for the various articulations.. Polyphonic Legato 4x is a touch nightmare, as is Portamento. Having to use Kontact is very annoying. Too Much Reverb decay time.
Wonderful solo cello - so hard to find a decent playable/recordable cello but here’s one…
I think this is the most useless product from Spitfire and I had such high expectations. The articulations are buried in CC1 and CC21 data and you have to dial those in just right to get the articulation you're looking for here. I am so glad I got this on sale and didn't spend full price because I think this is the most useless tool from the Spitfire library. In fact, I have already removed it from my hard drives as there are so many other, better choices in a solo cello WITH keyswitchable articulations!
I always loved how a Cello sounds......now i got that beautiful Sound at my fingertips and it´s just pure Fun to play with..........even a Bartok Pizzicato is "on Board" :o)
Very real sounding but would like a way to slow vibrato. Kicks in to fast and is too lively.....
Great sound, quite realistic and easy to play
