Paid last year at DARKLANDS ANTWERP (march 2025) about 600 euros for 2 pants. ( costume made ) Did not sent them until now . No reaction on several emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN !!!!!!!!!!!

I, like others, couldn't get any response from the owner. I wanted to check on an order status. The aautomated system kept saying "waiting to fulfil". I sent a message, waited days, sent another message, waited days, finally got a reply when I said that if I didn't hear back I'd have to cancel it. Immediately he replied and said he would recall the package. I asked him not to four times. He cancelled it anyway. The petty responses from him after that were like a school child. So now he won't process the refund and I'll need to go through Mastercard and get them to reverse it.

I ordered a Bespoke Bluf Jacket with Brass Metal work, detachable Fur collar, two belts and a Sam Browne from this company. It Started well. But the process quickly deteriorated, Communication is terrible, He doesn't do voice calls, not good at responding to emails. He messages over different platforms as a result he quickly loses the thread, Consequently several mistakes were made with my order. 7-8 months later the order was still incomplete and incorrect. Silver Metal on the Jacket Fur Collars didn't fit Belts never arrived, I did get a refund after asking for it 3 times minus a £100 reprocessing fee. NB This Company isn't recommended by BLUF
AVOID!!! this company & SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

This company made a lot of noise about delivering bespoke design; this seemed ideal as I wanted something very specific. I sent design specs over, and was told it’d be possible; just needed to come in for measurements. The measuring appointment felt weird: little care for my designs, lots of talk about sex, and a fair bit of grabbing of me by the owner. I left feeling I’d get a leather item, but not really the piece I wanted; it would be something essentially off the peg, made to order. That’s not the same a bespoke. But I thought I’d go with it as the piece would be close to my design.

A ‘Draft-piece’ was made and I was asked to come in for fitting. The owner now became intermittent with responses, sent several very inappropriate messages, was unable to offer an appointment through April, May, and June. The owner was suddenly in touch in July, and promised to post the Draft item to me; I was very confused about this, and really didn’t gain any clarity from any of his messages. The promised item has never appeared.
I recommend that this company is viewed with great caution.

tried contacting them 4 month ago sent 3 mails every single one has been ignored so don't bother wasteing your time with them
