Update to the post, Ian from Splash Acrylic delivered the panels Saturday to my customers safe and sound, coming 150miles plus from Portsmouth to South Birmingham.Great effort considering the weather conditions, so service rating gone to 5 stars... look forward to seeing the panels and fitting them Tuesday, when I'll pop back her and give updates.Thanks Ian for the great effort on Saturday. Appreciated.
Since posting here, had a call from one of the bosses, very apologetic, explained the person I spoke with was a trainee and not quite with the system yet ( i accept we all have to learn). Panels should be with me Friday so will give benefit of the doubt and update here as it progresses... so here's to Friday.
Original post- Spectical at moment.... placed order 2 weeks ago, was told 2 weeks to delivery... rang today to say the panels are in a print room ??. Then have to go to a cutting factory... 10-14 days.... and couldn't give me any exact details... they have 7 more days then I'm going for money back which was taken from me rapidly on order....
Anyone else any thoughts ...

don't understand some poor reviews posted - my experience with Splash was great - exactly what I wanted delivery to different address 500 miles away no problem prompt service - call before and after delivery received to ensure safe receipt and satisfaction - totally and unreservedly recommend using this company

I have recently purchased "Pink Daisy's" acrylic wet wall panels for my new wet room. Throughout the whole purchase process ALL the Splash team have been wonderful, they gave wonderful initial advise on their products and have been very pleasant to deal with even when I was giving them a bit of a headache. I now have the panels installed and they are really beautiful, to quote my plumber "they are the bees knees", I'd be proud to have the queen visit.
I have already recommend them to a friend, and am really pleased to place this review to recommend them to anyone else.

Really love my new kitchen splashbacks they look very classy and have totally changed my kitchen.

I am very please with my splashbacks from Splash Acrylics. I found them to be very helpful. Good service, good price, great product!

I have used Splash Acrylic on a number of occasions for various domestic installations and always find them extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Their products, whether acrylic or glass based have always been finished to an excellent standard and delivered on time. I thoroughly recommend Splash Acrylics products and service.

We placed an order for 4 shower panels in June and have just received our money back through PayPal.
The first set of panels were sent out with defects and water marks.
The second set were sent out with the same.
We were assured and promised that both directors would check before delivering the third set, but no, we only opened 2 of the 4 and they had scratches, water marks and defects.
This company clearly has no quality control and their customer service is disgraceful, ( one of the directors actually said their "customer service is not good"). No contact before delivery, delivery at different time, no return telephone calls, broken promises.....
As you can imagine this has caused us great distress; please learn from our experience and do not use this company.

Once again Splash Acrylic have delivered. My beautiful shower panels are now fitted and look magnificent. They look even better than I had expected thanks to Rob’s knowledge, patience and guidance once again. I would not hesitate to recommend this company – they are most certainly the masters of what they do.

When I first intended to order from Splash Acrylics I emailed them via their website to ask for a quote which still hadn't arrived a few days later. As they had an offer on which was running out that day I telephoned and was told, quite abruptly, the best way was just to put my measurements in for each panel and see what the total was. I could have done this in the first place! I got them ordered that day and the dellivery was 10-14 working days. After 10 days I had a call to tell me the soft sheen splashbacks I had ordered had come in damaged and so I could either have gloss or my money back. Simple as that. I questionned whether the gloss would have the same "anti-bacterial coating" as they advertise for the soft sheen ones and was told this is just a "marketing gimmick" and there is no difference. I also pointed out the gloss ones were about £40 cheaper on my overall order but was told I was incorrect and there would be no refund if I went with gloss. At this point I lost faith in this company , got a refund and went to Genie Acylic Splashbacks where the service could not have been more different! I then read the Trust Pilot reviews which demonstrate my experience was not a one-off........

I recently bought a shower panel from splashacrylic. It looks amazing and we love it. I would highly recomend this company. Service and product was excellent.

I have used Splash Acrylic / Enhance Your Room for the splash back in my kitchen. I found the company most helpful when asking them
questions on how best to measure and order. We have a picture splash back which we love and all our visitors always comment on how great it looks and personalise our kitchen. I can't recommend their goods highly enough.

Things are going well so far! I'm saying this because I was wary of buying something to glue over my kitchen tiles. I'm glad my fears have proven unfounded. The acrylic scratch resistant wall panels are excellent quality and being made to size according to my measurements (which I got right!). Using the recommended adhesive is much better than what I found in the DIY stores - and I checked them all! I would definitely use this website again.

Good Quality panels at a very good price, i was kept well informed at all times regarding delivery which was important because of our circumstances. On the day of delivery we got a text with a two hour time slot which made all the difference to us. i recommend this company without hesitation.

Company is an absolute disgrace, Ordered almost a month ago so I called and spoke to Male who took my details, tried to make up some rubbish about a single Bank Holiday, said he'd call me back, didn't bother. I called again and spoke to an alleged Female who was so rude I could not believe what I was hearing, told me I should wait as no other company can offer this material cut to size, when I said they do she slammed the phone down on me so I called back and she did the same again. I have a dispute going through with PayPal however my shower unit has been unusable for 6 weeks now. Utter disgrace, Should be on Rogue Traders for sure, this isn't the end of it!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S Only gave 1 as could not give Zero or Minus

As others have said. Very quick to send samples but when they have your money they do not care. I waited 8 weeks and still no splash back even though on the website it says max time is 14 days. Customer service is awful. Time and time again I chased them but little response. Opened a case with PayPal in the end to get my refund.

Very quick to send samples (though not for all the colours I requested). The colour guide was very confusing (eg some didn't match colour names on the website). Confusing website.
Despite this requested a quote as I liked their colour range - no response. Chased a few weeks later - no response. Have gone elsewhere. Would not recommend.

I was given absolutely fantastic service from the first moment that I made contact. The samples were dispatched the same day by first class post and the shower panels I later ordered arrived even sooner than expected. Before ordering I had to phone them and ask for help because of an awkward beam that cuts across from the roof in our upstairs shower, their advice for measuring correctly came in really handy. The shower panels are now fitted and look great.A pleasurable experience made better by the great company and staff.

This company sells cheap inferior products. My trade accredited kitchen fitters could not cut the 3mm acrylic splashback on site despite following the supplied instructions to the letter. The product just cracked! When contacting this company, my fitters were told it was my fault as I had chosen the cheaper option of 3mm instead of 5mm! That makes it OK! The product is now in the skip and £370 down the drain.
