I have been using this app for many years but something is going wrong here. I could not get into my account on desktop since around May 4th. I went on vacation and didn't bother to fix because I had access on my phone. But about 2 weeks ago that stopped working as well. I have tried to contact support but they have only replied once to give me a ticket # and that was it. So I am freaking out because I have over 180 passwords in that account. If I get it working again I will migrate it to a new app, forget this foolishness. Their support has been ok before but this is not acceptable.

I bought SplashID9 - lots of problems. In particular cannot sync with my phone. Tried SplasID suggestions - didn't help. Contacted support No response.
Contacted support and asked for a fix or a refund. No response.

I've had SplashID forever. There were always a few issues but they fixed them quickly. Since they came out with v9.2.5 there have been SO MANY PROBLEMS and they keep saying they are going to fix them....but they don't. Now they are saying they will fix them in May 2024. I'm not sure how they can fix them all. You can't view an attachment on mobile and on a computer you have to put it in the downloads folder. You can't sort by category on a computer. VERY slow to load and usually it takes at least two attempts to load on a computer. The new interface LOOKS good but it is a piece of JUNK. They should have NEVER released the new version and I'm just hoping they will fix everything but there are so many problems it is not likely they will get them all fixed by May 2024.

I have used this software for years. Until recently, I had wonderful tech support experiences, and I could always resolve my issues. Syncing between my devices worked well. I enjoyed using the software. All that changed once the developer upgraded. I was in the process of preparing my records for the upgrade based on instructions from tech support. I contacted them multiple times for next steps. No response from anyone. Now, the app won't even open. Again…I reached out asking for assistance and no one has responded. I have highly recommended and gifted this app in the past. No more recommendations. This former happy customers will invest in another platform.

Like : the app works well on the phone and there is cloud based version if required

Dislike : their Customer Service sucks so don’t expect much help if you have any issues. Let’s see if they reply now this review has been made.

The product is good. But the tech support isn't good for a person with a disability/Handicap

Love Splash ID. Functionality, stability and speed on both desktop and mobile are top-notch. Company continues to develop the user interface, which is better than any other I've seen and still improving. Highly recommend.

It is always there when I need it. No forgotten passwords or accounts

I have used SplashID for 10 years. It has worked well managing data I want to keep secure but easily accessible. But changes to the user interface on the PC over the past 2 years have made it difficult to use and dangerous to my data. It is now very easy to overwrite your password field by accidentally clicking "generate". Old password is immediately replaced with new one and no record is made of old data. The company seems interested in my suggestions, but still has not implemented the most important changes needed in the UI. I almost feel safer using Excel or OneNote with a password.

I love SplashID. There were some initial issues with syncing (cloud) but they worked quickly and efficiently and responded to my requests for changes. Everything works smoothly for me now. Customer support has been excellent.

Convenient, quick, and so customizable. Seamless cloud connectivity. Safety and security at a bargain price.

Great product. Cannot do without it any more.

Nice product. I have used it for nearly a decade. Doesn't try to be an everything product - just a safe (SAFE!) repository of my most personal info. BUT....Support is very skinny and not at all easy or (honestly) convenient. Company cannot seem to "afford" real customer service that would make it easier to get answers other than a contrived text/FAQ based system. They seem to want guidance on needed features (YES! good!) but a better support team effort would REALLY be appreciated when trouble arises. Because this is such a mission-critical app, I worry that if they were sold, hacked or simply fail, I would be horrifically screwed.

Love cloud sync on SplashID. All my records on all platforms - anywhere, anytime.
