I was recommended Splash Plumbers by the engineer who came to repair my heating. I had 2 showers needing attention.They did an outstanding job replacing both showers and installing beautiful shower panels. Derek’s communication is great. He kept me updated all the time. I’m so pleased and would definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking for a plumber.

I couldn’t recommend this plumber more highly! His communication is excellent – he keeps you fully informed throughout the job and explains everything in a clear and respectful way. He treats my home with care and respect, which I really appreciate. Not only did he do an outstanding job, but he also made the whole process easy and comfortable.

Saw recommendation on Nextdoor. He visited property and quickly diagnosed problem. Returned next day to fit new brass wing nuts to taps and eliminate water ingress to ceiling below. Excellent service, rang me b4 arriving, turned up on time and invoice raised was what was quoted. Very good service.

This company was recommended via another app. Derek responded very promptly to my request for a quote on a problematic toilet. He came around to see what the problem was and fixed it within a couple of days. He noticed a problem with my 2nd toilet and very kindly fixed that for me as well. I will definitely use him again. Very polite and works very quick too.

We had been suffering a leak which had been diagnosed as the roof previously and we had it replaced. The leak continued to grow, Derek was recommended from a friend, so I messaged him to come and check if it was the plumbing. He was prompt to respond and popped in next working day. He confirmed after some investigation that plumbing was in good working order, however he was committed to solving where the leak was coming from so got on the roof with the hose. He was then able to confirm the water was still coming from the roof and supplied pictures on where the roof had not been repaired so we could hold the roofers accountable. We will definitely use Derek again for any plumbing jobs needed in the future due to his quick response and commitment to solving the issue at hand. Highly recommend.

Derek & his team transformed our bathroom, replacing the bath with a shower & cubicle, partial re-tiling of the wall and replacing the floor.
They were reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, tidy and punctual.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

Derek was highly recommended by someone I know. I was in need of a new overhead bath shower unit as mine had failed. He came the same day to make notes and take photographs.
He then sent me a quote with photo recommendations for the replacement the same evening. The quote was good and he came 2 days later to fit.
I have found Derek to be an excellent communicator right the way through and his work was really good.
I will not hesitate to use him again should the need arise. He ticks all the boxes in my view

On viewing what needed to be done, he quoted and I was pleased with his level of confidence around completing the work in a timely manner. He carried out the job with expertise, care and attention to wider surroundings, and I was very pleased with the quality of his work. Very professional. Would not hesitate to use Splash Plumbers in the future and / or recommend to others.
