————————————————————. I ordered a dress way back in October 3023 , I had an email promising a refund but never received it and it’s now march!!! I have tried several times to contact them but number is unavailable now and emails have been ignored and my account for order is now blank so I put a post up on the Facebook page about my refund so they deleted the post and have blocked me!!! I have been to my bank about it and citizens advice who are now dealing with it , absolutely terrible!

Good and bad
My order was split into two. The first part was sent quickly and the quality was great for the price however, the sizing was horrible. I’m assuming it’s Chinese sizes.
The second part of my order hasn’t arrived and my emails are being ignored. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank.

Great Service
Ordered a swimsuit from this company as they have a lot of suits that are difficult to get hold of in the UK. Arrived in good time, and exactly what I expected. I exchanged a few messages with there customer service and found them super helpful with quick responses. All in all, very impressed.
