I was advised delivery would be on the…
I was advised delivery would be on the 5th December by splat and the carrier but my order didn't arrive. When I tried to contact them by phone, there was no reply and when I emailed there was no response. My order was finally delivered 4 days later. It wasn't a problem but the lack of communication is an area that needs to be addressed to improve the customer experience. Otherwise the paint was well packed.

Paint arrived on time, in very secure, 100% recycleable packaging.
Price of stain cover paint I ordered was almost 30% cheaper than my local store.
Very pleased I found them and will happily buy from them again.

Not happy atal tried ordering it would not go through so I ordered from another company then an hour later I received an email saying the order had gone through here so I emailed customer services immediately to cancel the order and someone replied saying they'd had a quick look and it probably had already gone out so just refuse it when it comes not happy customer service didn't get off there behind and deal with it properly and I was not in when it came so got dumped on my doorstep so now have to faff on sending it back to get a refund what a complete load of hassle

Disappointing delivery service
The next day delivery turned out to be a four day delivery which was very disappointing. I called the delivery every day and they didn’t seem to bothered but happy with the product when finally it did arrive!
