Reached out to the owner and she never came through. Both of my items would not advance. I took videos and pictures and I was ghosted. Bad service.

i purchased this product and the shade did not match me. There is no phone number to call so i have sent 3 emails to them and still no respond on how to return the product. i was so excited to find a product that might work but now I am out of a product and out of my money because there has been no response. Has anyone had any luck getting in touch with anyone at Splendor?

I guess I am the minority with this product. I wanted to love it like everyone else on Facebook, but nah...it's a pass for me. I ordered shade #2 and shade #3 and neither looked that great. I didn't get that smooth, perfectly matching, flawless finish that practically EVERYONE seemed to discover. If you have hyperpigmentation, beauty marks, scars, etc... they will 100% still be visible. The feel of this is somewhat waxy as well. I really don't see the benefit of this product personally. You can get better results by using your normal moisturizer and a dab of your favorite concealer over your problem areas and if you don't want to feel weighed down by liquid or stick foundation, just use translucent or tinted power. That's what I've been doing and will continue to do. Also, I have to take off a star for poor customer service and a HORRIBLE shipping experience!! This makeup took more than 3 weeks to arrive and it wasn't until I disputed the charge with my credit card company, is when they actually replied to my email. Lastly, these products ship from China or some other Asian company that uses their own couriers. So if you don't live in a house, your package will be thrown on the floor, by your mailbox, in the lobby and NOT delivered to your actual front door!! So it's hit or miss if you'll actually receive it. Guess I was lucky because I was actually home to retrieve it from the floor where it could have been easily stolen by anyone. Definitely won't be ordering from them again!!!

I never received my order from may 15 2025 even when the tracking said delivered and it never came. Noone has emailed me back DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

this is my 1st time submitting an order with Splendor - I ordered as a gift. I submitted the order 6/8/2025 - just about 10 days ago - My cc was charged 6/9. After reading the online reviews, my concern is I have not received a shipping update for the order since 6/12, which indicated "in transit". I submitted two online inquires and called left a voice message.

There is no improvement for this company because it is scam, fraud completely. I purchased products on May 7, 2025 as of June 11, 2025 not received anything. They give you a tracking option but couple weeks into your wait the tracking just stops. You email without response. I finally received a reply after writing that I will report them for what they are, they're reply was disrespectful ending with 'we said what we said' I think this is a site to get financial information. They need to be exposed ASAP. Write BBB and all.

I’m so disappointed in this company called BlackecomLLC. I ordered this product on May 6, 2025 and never received the product. I called a number that you can leave a message twice and I’ve sent several emails. I finally had to disputed the charge with my bank. GOD don’t like cheaters or liars.

Horrible! The makeup balm is greasy and looks terrible on your skin. When I tried to get a refund, I received the “run around”. There’s NO phone number to call and they DONT respond to emails.

I am in the same boat as these other reviews. I ordered this from the Splendor Intl and still have gotten no product. I've emailed them and still no response. What makes me even angrier is that I just checked on Amazon this morning and see that they sell Splendor products there. I normally check Amazon first, but for some odd reason, this time, I failed to to that. So, the people I ordered the prouct from are not Splendor at all. I also will have them marked as fraud.

I ordered product from YouTube advertising Saturday. They immediately charged my credit card. I have sent at least five emails asking for an order number, tracking number, and receipt. I have no response from them after several tries. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. They are terrible!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I dislike writing reviews but this one needs to be done. I have been waiting 3 days SHORT of one month still no product. They have my money so what is the hold up? I have tried to email several times and never got a response. Even checked trash and junk mail folders. Just give me my money back. You can keep your product. They won’t read this or do anything about it but I will contact visa to mark you as fraud. Hope this helps!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered this from an IG post and it was some knockoff version from China. Does not have SPLENDOR on the packaging at all - it says SKIN TINT. It came from China as the packaging and tracking information said so. And it does nothing for your face like the videos show. It's basically a crappy cover-up.
