For the price you pay you want quality, easy delivery, and good service. That is exactly what i got with Splendour Sofas so five stars all over the place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Paid for 2 sofas on 1st April and they did not send them. They take your money and run.
Forget speaking to anyone as they do not reply to calls or emails. Absolute scumbags!!!!!!!

Stylish and modern, the sofas look best in design.

Ordered a Crucket sofa in April, was told it would arrive 4 weeks later, but still no sign after 14 weeks. No reply to emails, and impossible to call, as keep getting cut off. Had one email a few weeks ago to say they had technical problems, but no info re arrival, and have not answered since. Asked for my money back but have heard nothing. Went to another company and the sofa i ordered was delivered within a week.... what a difference. Would not recommend Splendour Sofas... no customer service whatsoever, and not much hope of getting that money back.

Had to return my order as i didn't measure up properly and had to wait for a new 2 seater to be made. My fault really not theirs and they were kind enough to help me out and get it sorted.

Finally completed my living room decor once my chaise lounge, ottoman and armchair were delivered.

Made in the UK is only one reason why you should support these guys. Quality sofas at affordable prices.

When my sofa arrived with no legs i thought here we go, another headache to deal with. Sent an email and they got the 5 feet out to me same day delivered the following day. Good service.

Was a bit dubious buying a sofa online. I did ask if they had a showroom but they said they didn't at the minute but will in the future.

We previously ordered a sofa last Autumn & despite some initial concerns that this company was a scam, we duly received our sofa & ottoman & are very pleased with it. Subsequently we decided to order an armchair in April. Disappointed to say it has not been delivered & despite numerous emails & telephone calls, we have not been able to get any updates So upset as it’s a lot of money to lose & not a way to run a business.

Had ordered from this company last year and was happy with the sofa and chair and service so ordered an additional sofa a couple of months later to match. It took 4 months to finally receive it, and updates and customer service was zilch, it was very poor quality, completely different colour, and one of the base cushions hadn't been finished with the piping. Extremely disappointing. I sent Kris photos and explained the issues, he finally replied, admitted it shouldn't have passed qc and not the quality/service the strive to. He asked what action I wanted, I advised, and since then I've heard nothing. Left with a poor quality sofa, not matching existing sofa, out of pocket and absolutely no communication from Kris, I've chased a response about 6 times. I just want to return it and have a full refund but like most other peoples experience, and I think trading under another name. Trading Standards all the way.

The quality of the sofas is exceptional. Each piece is crafted with precision and attention to detail. The materials used are top-notch, ensuring durability and comfort. I was particularly impressed by the level of craftsmanship evident in every sofa on display.

Second purchase from splendour so far and it seems they have improved the stitching quality since my last purchase last year. Not a lot else to say other than I shall be back soon.

Ordered a sofa 13 weeks ago which was advertised at a 6-7 week lead time. Still no sofa, no response to numerous emails and doesn't pick up their phone. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Update: have now received a response to my review with no mention of the £1200 owed to me or update. What a joke!! How about replying to the numerous emails and messages sent on social media?!

Likely a scam company - haven't received my order in 3 months even though original estimate was 4-5 weeks.

Customer support doesn't respond to my emails.

Wasted £600.

Like many others here ordered 11 weeks ago with up to 6 weeks delivery quoted, chased two weeks ago and some BS re a computer problem. £1k down on prepayment for our furniture and no news on a physical product being delivered. Use extreme caution when dealing with this company!

I ordered 2 Scott benches with them 7 weeks ago.,they took my money, sent me a confirmation, and have never responded to an email or a phone call or a message since.

Ordered a sofa on the 4th April with lead time of 3-4 weeks. Still waiting for it after over 2 month and no more replies from the company itself. Told me there was a delay when enquired and that would be 2 more weeks. After that enquired again and there had been a delay with the fabric but had arrived the exact day I messaged so the sofa would be ready in 1-2 weeks. Over 3 weeks after that and still nothing and now completely ignoring my messages.

I ordered my sofa & footstool on the 23rd March and much of the attraction was the 2-3 week delivery timeframe. I have been waiting for over 11weeks now, and still no word from the delivery team with a delivery slot. The phone number advertised on the website must be set to a voice mail as default. It has never been answered despite numerous calls. No one has phoned me back despite a number of emails requesting a call back. Communications via email have been few & far between. I am so disappointed as the sofas do look beautiful on the website. I emailed and gave a deadline of today (9th June) for either delivery or a complete refund - no one has had the courtesy to respond. I have been patient… but now I think I need to contact my bank?!!
