Just use it!
Splice just makes it easy to find what you need. Quality is always good. Splice bridge is really nice and super useful when trying out samples. I never run out of credits and im on thr lowest tier of their plan. Nice that I was able to rent to own Serum. I'd recommend to anyone the use of Splice if you are looking for a solid place to get samples.

Everything perfect except price
Very nice samples with lots of genres, very intuitive and user friendly Menu. 12.99 for 100 samples is a bit pricy though i gotta say. Otherwise everything else is awesome,

The company and employees are extremely helpful
The company is incredibly direct, and does not delay when it comes to assisting their customers, ensuring that they are well attended to and provide support whenever possible. The employees are incredibly respectful and professional, and the website/application itself is amazing, and offers a great opportunity to music producers and sound designers alike, enabling them to expand their potential and grow!

terrible selection everything sounds like AI slop... I delete my account all the time. I come back because other companies do the same. if I ever make it im talking mad trash on this company. most vocals have like 3 words to them or if they have more is all the MOST generic lyric you could possible get from an AI search.

Wish they saved your credits
Its a good place if you make music on a daily bases but if your planning on taking a break and cancel your subscription they dont keep your credits. You will lose everything you saved.

Not accurate enough
Not enough or accurate categorisation of tones and loops. Everything comes as generic search instead of accurate.

Really appreciated how Splice handled this
I’ve been with Splice for 10 years, and their customer service really came through for me.
I had a lot of credits saved up and barely missed the deadline to use them. I reached out to support, and they gave me a free month so I could go back in, use my credits, and grab all the sounds and presets I still wanted. On top of that, I also got the extra credits that came with the month.
That was genuinely generous and thoughtful customer service. They didn’t have to do that, but they did, and I really appreciated it. Moments like that leave a lasting impression.
