Initially there were some doubts on my side due to the requirement that i have to pay 20% the rent prior to doing anything else after i did so i was told that all other procedures will take up to 24 hour . it took about two days which made me wonder why it happened . how ever in the end the entire sum for the rent was transterred to the landlord as was agreed initially evething turned out well althought the time and communication should have been more precise

This has been a help, for me. After paying rent each month i used to struggle with bills. this helped me stay on track. rent and bills can be difficult. this helped me manage them. I definitely recommend this.

On the whole my experience was a good one . the entire procedure went according to plan however some delys took plance and couple of steps seemed unnecessarily with more effective communitation and shorter prossing times everything could go much more sommthly i am hopping that the team heeds this feedback continues to improve moving forward

Overall the service was good. I was happy with how things went.. there were some problems that didn't need to happen and some delays that were not necessary. if those problems had been managed better everything would have gone more smoothly and been easier. I hope the service team looks at these issues carefully and makes changes in the future. That would make the whole service better for everyone.

I reached out to them on August 22 regarding getting help with payments for the month of September. i was informed that they would pay my September rent directly to my landlord on September 2. i waited for the payment to arrive.

Luckily they did pay my rent. i was very happ[y with how things turned out. overall i had an experience with team. The one thing i didn't ;ole was that after ,u agreement was confirmed they only sent updates every day. i think it would be better to confirm agreement for people whose rant due dates are very close so the don't have to be worried or wait untill the last minute.

overall my experience was positive. i truly appreciate their support with my rent.

I have been using Spliter Pay for the month and overall i have had a pretty good experience. what i like most is that Spliter Pay makes paying rent easier and gives me a little flexibility when managing my mnthly budget.

The only small issue i have noticed is that payment timing can sometimes be a little confusing especially when it comes to when the rent reaches the landlord. it would be helpful if the timing was explained clearly.

Other than that the whole process has been simple and convenient. Spliter Pay has helped make managing my expenses a little less stressful. Far i am happy with the service and would recommend giving Spliter Pay a try if you want a little more flexibility, with your rent payments.
