Very poor customer service and communication
Today I discovered that an order for POD T-shirts via Spreadconnect on my Squarespace website was held for some alert. The order was placed last week and I have not received any emails or other communication from Spreadconnect about this. When I contacted the customer service chat and was eventually able to connect with a human, they could not solve or even explain the problem. They had me cancel and reorder the Tees- which I was unable to do.
Instead I ordered samples to go directly to the client (my idea, not the agents) but so far the order is waiting for production. The agent I spoke to assured me she would expedite the printing of the Tees by talking to the floor manager, but there is not indication that this is happening.
When I asked about expediting the shipping as well they declined to add that.
I am so disappointed with Spreadconnect and cannot recommend them. Terrible customer service.
