I had life-changing IBS 2 years ago
I had life-changing IBS 2 years ago, diagnosed by colonoscopy and discharged by a consultant who told me I’d learn to live with it. A friend who has ulcerative colitis and who has benefitted from Spogest recommended it. I took it for a month and my symptoms improved so I gave up - it came back. I now take it every day and have my life back. Yes I still get very occasional mild bouts of IBS, about once a month as opposed to very painful, urgent bouts 4 or 5 times a week that kept me house-bound - I am very happy with this result.

happy with the product
happy with the product. I tried 3 boxes. Definitely changed my gut health. Happy with the results and they taste like water, so no problems taking them.

Doesn't seem as effective
Since changing its name to Spogest-ib I'm not sure it seems as effective as before, with reduced results over the course of 3 boxes, compared with previously. It's quite expensive, and with so many more products on the market now I will have a look to see if any of those are more suitable.
