I got it 3 days ago. Yesterday I noticed some tingling in my lips throughout the day. I woke up today and my lips are huge and still a little tingly. I haven't taken it today. Im just wondering if this is normal?

The order processing was easy but which credit card you want to chose was not and option. As if this company run a credit report on your credit card balance. Weird

I was able to speak to someone and their speedy rep, replied back and result the issue. Very happy.

Very happy that everything was resolved in a speedy manner the corrections were made and now have my product and I’m very happy with it.

Good but not exactly impressed

This is my overall experience. The products appear to be good quality. There are many good reviews where a customer will demonstrate how to use the product and state the outcome. That is appreciated. I think it's important to note that just because a product works for 500 people doesn't mean it will work for everyone. Each order comes with a free product. That is very generous. I really like the lip balm. I got the same lip balm twice. I'm not sure what to do about that. It didn't work at first but for some reason now it feels real nice on my lips. I have to reapply after eating. That might be normal. The amount of emails I received is very frustrating. It's like a persistent salesman who won't stop until you buy one more thing. I received two special discounts because my order was late. I asked of an expiration date but did not receive a response. I received many emails letting me know I had a discount to use. There was nothing I wanted to buy. Customer service was typically very responsive and pleasant. The products may be worth the money. But it's not something I can purchase on a regular basis. It was often advertised you got some much percentage off the regular price. That appears to be a sales trick because I never saw that products were sold at regular price. Maybe they have, it's just how it happened to me. In either case, discounts are appreciated especially when a product is expensive and quality. Extending the amount of time between packages is nice. The flavors of the liquid collogen are surprisingly good.

What happened to the free 14 day trial?

4/16 ordered firming cream as a 14 day trial for which I was charged 5.95 for shipping. I was also charged an additional 62.91 at the same time . I had also ordered additional trial which was never addressed.
So far I am not impressed.

I’m coming back!!

I used the product before and I loved it. I stopped using it for a while but not for any specific reason . I felt good with it and just decided to get back on it.

I ordered one bottle of Spoiled Child…

I ordered one bottle of Spoiled Child with a e-gift card code. When reviewing my purchase, I see I was signed up for automatic refill without my consent. This is unacceptable! I intentionally didn’t subscribe. This underhanded behavior is horrible!

Spoiled me …..

Great product and service just alittle pricey for me right now. When I went to cancel subscription no hassle just 100% customer service. They offered me a non-subscription discount which I took :)
