Ordered new swim shorts
Ordered new swim shorts. Build B were very baggy so I returned and requested exchange for Build A. Returns process was very easy and quick.
I would just note that even in Build A the trunks are still very baggy. They look good though so hopefully they will be good when tested in the summer.

Problem with sizing of trousers
Had a problem with the sizing of some trousers but as usual this was quickly remedied with a replacement upon returning the pair that I had the issue with.
This is the normal level of service that I have come to expect 😀😀😀😀

Loveliest of customer services experiences
A small hiccup whilst ordering shorts resulted in three pairs of identically sized shorts arriving, all labelled the same size but one pair in reality slightly smaller than the other two. A quick phone call resolved the situation. Polite, cheerful, apologetic and rapidly resolved. Well done!

A great pair of shorts but spoiled by…
A great pair of shorts but spoiled by the very irritating scratchy spoke label sewn into the inside of the waistband. I managed to cut it out but it was very tricky trying to not cut the waistband itself. I would buy another three pairs of these shorts but don’t want the hassle of having to cut out the label carefully each time.
