Order never came,stopped responding
I ordered the nightmare before Christmas slow cooker in April,it said 2 to 3 week wait so I waited and heard nothing,I emailed ,they said there was a delay in the orders,I emailed back saying they should keep customers up to date,so still nothing,it was still being advertised on their Facebook page,so I left a comment and sent message via messager and some one said they would look into it,still nothing,no longer replying to my emails or my fb messages
Update,I have been sent an order update,it was royal mail awaiting package
Now it has been updated again to China postage,so awaiting to see what(it anything) arrives

A parcel arrived today,it was battered and I could hear that what ever was inside was broken,I have returned it with my postman,unopened,by the look of it everyone who ordered the slow cooker has had the same thing happen as me,to many to be a one off or a coincidence

Total scam.
Ordered a set of two slow cookers in March. Took three months to even get an shipping update and this was after multiple emails enquiring about status or to just cancel the order but was just given excuse after excuse. Finally after three months of no update, I get a tracking number through usps. Tracking number says “usps awaiting package” for over three weeks before there’s an update. Finally almost 4 whole months later I received the package, but then it’s only ONE of the two I order and the box is completely damaged and the slow cooker isn’t even the same color as on the site OR even the box it came in and it’s 4 quarts not 7! Email them and ask where is the second one and they send me a fedex tracking number that shows “shipping label created” May 21st! No update on the tracking number as of this day. Email again asking what the hold up is three days ago and get a response of “I’ll look into it” and haven’t heard back since! This site is a total scam and if you do even receive what you order it’s not even worth the price or time you wait.

I ordered from them March 15th it is…
I ordered from them March 15th it is now June 20th and all I have is a bogus FedEx tracking number. I have emailed them multiple times to be told they cannot refund my money because it has already shipped. According to FedEx a label was created but they never received a package. I informed them of this and they said they would get back to me and have not. So I am out $80. Phone number on their website had been disconnected as well. This is a scam
