I initially experienced a delay with my Spooky2 order, as it remained in “processing” for nearly a week with no updates. I reached out out of frustration, and the representative explained the delay was due to Chinese New Year holidays, which hadn’t been clearly communicated.
She acknowledged the issue, took ownership, and expedited the processing and shipping. She followed through by providing tracking information, and the order arrived as promised. While the delay was frustrating at first, I appreciate the professionalism, accountability, and effort taken to resolve the issue. Overall, a positive experience once communication was established.
Working with Sabrina and Lor
I was having some difficulty with ordering the scaler unit and Sabrina helped me out and did an amazing job. What wonderful customer service the order is on its way now.
Last month I purchased a Spooky2 generator X pro for my cat and after working with practitioner Lor Christiansen with customized frequencies. His symptoms of tooth infection reduced within a half hour to almost no drooling that used to be constant. His energy level came back up and he is doing so much better. I’m so grateful for Sabrina, Lor, and the unit.

Words cannot express my joy and gratitude in working with Spooky2 and their Customer Support. I contacted Customer Support with with a number of questions when I was contemplating purchasing a Scalar kit. Sabrina immediately got back to me and answered every one of my questions and gave me additional insights. When I decided to make the purchase she went over everything I wanted and created the invoice for me. I ordered the kit on Thursday and it was at my door on Tuesday.(Pennsylvania, US) A vey high quality product. Sabrina continued to help me with setting the units up for my particular situation and as questions continue to arise she gets right back to me with answers. So professional, so knowledgeable, so compassionate. The first night in the scalar field my sleep was so much better than it has been in a long time. Spooky2 doesn't talk the talk of making the world a better place it walks the walk. Kudos Spooky2 and Customer Support.

I ordered a scalar set up and my computer pulled a discontinued email address when i registered so I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I reached out to customer service and they helped me resolve the wrong email address and I am now receiving all updates etc. They were very responsive and helpful. Great customer service!

Glitch in installing peptide CHAINS
I had a consistent glitch in installing peptide chains into 6 generators that I wanted to dedicate to peptides, each chain having 3 peptides. I contacted Spooky2 customer service and was told to read the blog, which I had already, on Feb 2, 2026, and had even written detailed notes, which I was following precisely. So the 2nd time I contacted Customer Service, I got JARED who took me seriously and day after day responded with helpful advice after I sent videos of my way of doing the procedure each night. Finally he sent me a video showing me how he did it, and I realized that I had been hitting the top SAVE icon and not the one on the bottom window! What a relief after 2 weeks of struggling, the 1st week on my own, the 2nd with Jared's assistance. But he never gave up on my problem. I so appreciated the consistency and dedication. I'm 76 and quite new to technology and not confident enough to look outside the box to see my mistakes. I so valued his kindness and patience! So by Feb 16 I was feeling very contented to have 18 peptides installed total!! What a RELIEF!! Thank you so much!!

Initially been looking at Spooky2 equipment for 4 to 5 years and kept researching. My experience pre purchase has been amazing! The care and customer service from Sabrina and Darcy has been nothing but exceptional. My purchase came to my door less than a week's time. There is unlimited videos, webinars and support online , so I had familiarized myself prior to setup which made the process fairly smooth. The software is amazing the amount of programs already on there is incredible target any health issue and much greater than I even expected. Loving the healing right now for my family and the equipment and its technology is incredible!
