I popped into the Spooky2 website to search for an answer to my question and in no time somebody popped in from Customer Support. I worked with Lisa Ghang and Leo Qi. My questions were a little out of the ordinary, but Leo offered great answers and agreed to research and email the answers. You can't get much better than that.
I own a GenX, the Scalar and 10 of the XM generators. I use them regularly and do notice a difference when I use them. Keep up the good work!

I am very happy with my Spooky2 Scalar! I sleep now with it every night. Recently I added the Generator X Pro, Digitizer, the Boost & Remote and the Harmony. Like this I have enriched the simple scalar fields with a diversity of health program frequencies applied either in direct contact or remote mode.

The equipment is overall easy to use and many clear video tutorials are available.

The customer service on the Spooky2 and Microgen materials is really fantastic. I attribute all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Lisa Zhang! Always friendly and available. Even in case you just need a simple cable or a spare pack of pads. And the services can go very flexible on-line in the WhatsApp environment. So grateful 🙏🏼

I wanted to use my scalar system in a very cold environment but wasn’t sure how it would affect the equipment. I emailed and got a response quickly and with a thorough response. I really appreciate the customer service. Very refreshing!

After one week sleeping every night with pure scalar my veine problem was worth and my both legs were biger and also i felt a pain to prostate. I stoped and then i was going better. After 2 weeks under pure scalar my cat was sick . He had clearly pain to the right front leg. After i stoped to put the scalar device working he was ok after a few days. So i will not recommand this device to anybody. It is dangerous.

Thanks for Leo Qi and his help :) , I have been using scalar to treat my insomnia, my sleep has been really bad lately :( , I can't sleep well all night long, I feel much better after using the scalar products, I have been sleeping much better in the past few days(spooky is really a very good product! 8D )

In the last 3 months I have spent about $20,000 NZD on these generators but have not been able to get discounts each time I purchase.
Apart from that customer service has been A1 in delivery and in the learning tools on how to operate the device’s. On the Scalar It’s too early for me to comment positively as I’m still learning in which ways to use it.I’m hoping it will give me restful sleep but it hasn’t yet but im sure the problem is my lack of knowledge.

I had a problem with my scalar screen. I send spooky2 a message and they replied within a day...they asked a few questions and I replied. bingo !!! they are send me the part I need...with all the links to show me how to install it...thank you very much by making things easy for us !

Lisa is kind and patient with all my questions and always replies quickly. It feels like true support when there's a quick and helpful response on the other end.

Spooky2 made frequency medicine finally affordable for the masses. As Tesla and Einstein postulated, it will be the medicine of the future. The support is super nice and the community is awesome.
