My go to running socks

My go to running socks. I have around 5/6 pairs. The trail socks are my favourite. So comfortable on the most rugged of terrains. Will keep wearing for my ultras. I would love to see more cool colours come out this year for the trails.

Before I have even received my order

Before I have even received my order, I get a marketing email showcasing the same products with further discount available. When I reached out to CS about honouring the additional 5%, Alejandra simply rejected this with no remorse. Poor from your marketing team and poor from your CS team. What should have been a positive experience, ruined so easily.

Socks not delivered, bad costumer service

I ordered socks for a specific event, they were meant to arrive within 5-10 working days. However, they still haven't arrived. Sprocks provided conflicting information about the order's status, falsely claiming the carrier had the package. It's been over three weeks, and I still haven't received my order.

I have also left a review on the sprocks website detailing the situation and my dissatisfaction and the review is no where to be seen…

In the future I will avoid this company like the plague

Delivery took ages, which I understand as it is coming from a different country, however they sent the wrong sizes, called me a liar despite email proof, and refused to exchange for free. Now I have to spend more money to return them.

Loved the socks to start with

Loved the socks to start with, but the quality is poor - even when washed according to instructions the lovely bright colours have faded and there’s already a big hole in one pair after very few wears. Sadly do not recommend at all.

Ordered the Get Sh*t done socks….Don’t…

Don’t buy if you have size 12 feet and above. Ordered the Get Sh*t done socks….
Seriously undersized and a poor fit, not stretchy at all. XL says for uk sizes 11.5 - 14 but that is actually not true at all, I have size 12 feet and I could barely get them on. The design stretches beyond all recognition. The socks are super tight on the cut so there is no give. The designs are ok but £20 including shipping for 1 pair. Absolute rip off.
