Product (Energy Performance) did not work for me.
Their return policy quotes: “If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to make things right.” And states “We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Please contact us to coordinate your return within 30 days of delivery of your products.” And “We ask that you give our awesome mushroom blends a fair shot by trying for at least 2 weeks before making a decision.” I really hoped they would work for me and took all but 2 of their pills, so I emailed to (returns@sporelifesciences.) exactly as they specified after 29 days. I have proof of my email via a copy and it being in my sent folder but they said they did not receive it. They denied my refund. I sent USPS tracking proof (of when it was delivered) and a copy of my email. They implied my copy was fraudulent.

I had done months of research on actual dosage of each mushroom ingredient in multiple brands and Spore by far has the most for the best price. Have been taking ever since and loving it.
