Change of delivery company

No comment on the functioning of Sport Nutrition but it concerns the delivery by Bpost. I requested to deliver the order in a Bbox distributor (where they already delivered before) bur instead they delivered it at a pick up point not even near the given original address.

no message and no email that the product was at the pick point. I went there on my own whithout knowing whether the product was there or not.

Sorry you didn’t see the pickup notification, we understand how frustrating that can be.

On our side, the order was processed and shipped quickly, and notifications are sent automatically (order confirmation, tracking, and pickup-ready update once the carrier marks it available). In some cases, these emails can be filtered by spam/junk folders or blocked by strict email providers / firewalls, which unfortunately is outside our control. since you're using a .gr email... Check you Spam box.

To avoid any doubt, you can always follow the parcel in real time via your customer portal (My Account → Orders), where the latest tracking status is available at any moment AND you can click the tracking to be redirect to BPOST tracking status.

My transaction was declined. NOT for insufficient funds.I cannot call the number to Belgium. Won't go through.

Best sports nutrition store in Namur

They deliver quickly but I would like it to be even faster because we have their store in Namur and what is in the warehouse can be delivered so quickly that it is practically instantaneous, but everything is perfect, a lot of good products from many different companies, etc. in short, the best sports nutrition store is here

Our Logistic is a bit more "difficult" than that.
16 Shops, 1 webshop, is no simple quick delivery.

5 working day in a week & 16 shops to handle. Each Shop has a dedicated day to be ressuply. So BPOST delivery is the way for customers <3 .

You ordered Monday after 14h, we prepared your order and it got picked up Tuesday and got delivered Wednesday before 14h. Pretty quick experience. If you wish for faster delivery, order before 12h so we can still prep & ship the same day for next day delivery <3

Service can improve

I am writing this review after more than one week since I order 2 products and they are still not shipped. Apparently they don't have the stock of one product in the warehouse and now I need to wait I don't know how much until they have both products to complete the order and be shipped, but when I bought the product it was in stock.
The worse it's that there wasn't communication from their side until I ask a few days later what was going on.
GOOD POINT - THEY REPLY FAST.
I understand that problems can happen, but I can not understand that the item that there is in stock is not shipped first and then organice a second ship when the other product is available.

We are very sorry for the delay on your order. It seems that there was a stock error so this means that the product that you wanted to order wasn't in stock and the stock wasn't updated. We had to get the product in one of our shops where it was available so this means that it took a little more time.
