Id rate 0 stars. This site is a scam. I deposited money for the welcome offer 18 days ago. Despite contacting them numerous times and providing screen shots they have not deposited nor refunded my money. Don't use this site. There are more trustworthy sites.

I have been waiting for my payment since 27/12/25.
The payment was canceled twice on my Visa card used for payment, and once on my bank transfer.
They say that the bank did not accept the payment.
That's nonsense, Wise never makes mistakes, and I didn't receive any notification of any incoming attempts.

I am a level 5 VIP customer and got good support from my account manager William for months. Than on the 13rd of December he made me a bonus proposal, which i accepted. I did for 5k in deposits to receive 3k in free bets.
Than all of a sudden i received the message my VIP manager changed to Emma iso William so they couldn't apply the 3k in free bets any longer. Why would a change in VIP manager change the conditions ???

I joined to get 100% bonus credit on my first deposit. I deposit $107 and my bonus never come. Customer support said it's because I tried to withdraw the bonus so it cancelled. This is not true and I was scammed $107 bonus credits. Terrible scam site

AVOID to use this site. I have used it for couple of weeks, just few bets to give a try. Surprise comes when I want to withdraw my funds. I requested the widrawal on September 21st and still under review. I was told it takes 1-3 days MAX. It did not move from it and I have contacted their support many times always with same answer - sorry sometimes there are delays, finance department is working on it, we experienced a glitch, etc. Basically saying nothing just to not release the money.
