Excellent service
I was a bit afraid of not being a real shop but I ordered my first ski googles (Oakley Flight Deck M) and they shipped my order the same day. The package was in perfect conditions and it included all the instructions to take care of it. Also amazing price compared with the market.
Not related with the product but also gave me chocolates and a Christmas card!!

BAD EXPERIENCE, I BOUGHT AN OAKLEY AND MY ORDER WAS CANCELED BY THE SELLER BECAUSE IT WAS OUT OF STOCK BUT DISPLAYED AVAILABLE, MEANWHILE, REAL MONEY IS TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WAS TOLD THAT ITEMS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSHOP AND BOL HAVE BIG CHANCE TO NOT BE AVAILABLE!! THEY HAD TECHNICAL ISSUES SO DOUBLE CHECK FIRST BEFORE BUYING OR USE ALTERNATIVE WEBSHOP LIKE ZONNEBRILLEN.COM OR OFFICIAL OAKLEY STORES, THEY HAVE REAL STOCK.
MEANWHILE, I WAIT FOR REFUND AND NO COMMERCIAL GESTURES WERE PRESENTED TO ME AS I HAVE TO REMIND: THE CUSTOMER.
