Site and tournaments are so full of bugs and constant issues.
Late scratchings should be refunded in ALL tournaments and for ALL bet types, not pick and choose which ones are - some people get unfair advantages because of this.
Your Win/Place bets are based on fixed odds, yet you don't follow general fixed odds payout protocols when late scratchings occur (ie - when a late scratching occurs and reduces the number of runners below 8 general fixed odds LS protocols maintain payouts on all 3 places yet SC regularly choose to only payout 2 places - same occurs when a LS reduces runners below 5

Love it, but it's flawed
I enjoy this format, but it's flawed. Tournaments not working properly, changes of venue(year long tourny), people being able to put exotic bets on, on a win/place tournament only.
But other than those few things, it's generally ok.
The customer service people are awesome though

Having a win is good, but what makes sportschamps reliable is quick withdrawal times and fast customer service on the live chat, which was a must when I once put the wrong bsb number as my account details
