Do not buy products from this organisation. We purchased in April sai goods were shipped. Have never been received . They never replied to emails and do not use your revolut to make payment. They should be blocked

Please do not buy from them.!!!! Its a scam!!! I ordered beginning of the year and no feedback or anything received.

Item did not arrive in the 10-20 business days stated. Closer to 40 business days later I emailed to enquire what was going on. Was told that there had been issues with production quality so that it was discontinued. Was then told a full refund would arrive in 10 business days. Over 15 business days have passed now, no sign of refund and no response to my recent emails to enquire where the refund is. Avoid this company. Not to be trusted.

Do not order from them! It is a scam!
I order goods more than a month ago and still not received anything. After ordering and charging they didn’t provide tracking number. When I ask for tracking information week after placing order, they reply with few days and claim that they are sorry and sent me some tracking number. After few weeks, by checking of status, I saw that order is canceled! Without informing me! Then I again wrote a mail, same thing again. “We are sorry, this was happening because of bla bla bla”! When I ask for refund, they claimed that it is impossible due to fact that they already sent goods!?!?! They sent me an another tracking number. From that moment, more than two weeks, shipment is is in transit (same status).

this seller sells counterfeit products... on March 14, I ordered the maori all blacks 2023 hoodie + pants. it was delivered today and I have to say that when I unpacked my order I already knew I had been ripped off. this tracksuit was supposedly original from adidas. But nothing is less true. the fabric was made of polyester and the finish of the stitching and the embroidery looked like nothing. clearly a counterfeit product. I have been buying adidas for years and I know what the finish should be. this tracksuit cost me 120 eur but is not even worth half of it. I will not return the product because I will not get my money back, but I can warn others not to buy anything here and that is worth much more to me. so people buy from reliable sellers. this seller only sell fakes

I purchased a Māori All Blacks pullover hoodie from Sportchamp, by way of an Instagram link, and man am I ever happy with what I got!! Great quality, perfect sizing, prompt customer service and a happy customer here. The hoodie is a high quality Adidas pullover with really nicely embroidered logos and very crisp printed Māori tattoo style sleeves and hood. Oh and the hood is huge!! In the best way! Being that I had ordered this through a link on Instagram, I half expected to get a low end shirt that wasn’t even close to being true to size. I’m a large person and many times when I order XXL, it’s more like a large. This is absolutely an XXL! As for customer service, Megan is who took care of the few emails I sent,,, the error was on my end,, she promptly sorted my issue and got me squared away. Thanks Megan and Sprtchamp,, I’ll be back for sure!!

revised review: The emails I was getting from the company representative were going to my spam folder. Once I established a connection, the customer service excellent. I was very doubtful that I would receive my full refund (or any refund) for the $150 shoes I had purchased from them... especially when I couldn't even understand how to address the package I had to mail to Latvia. The agent walked me through how to address the package and even told me the cheapest way to ship the package when I went to the post office. A couple of weeks later, the complete refund appeared in my bank account. Needless to say, I wanted to change my previous review! I would not hesitate to purchase from SportChampStore.com again in the future!!

Shipping 10-20 days. Passed 15 days and not even to inform by mail that my order was processed or the status of order . Despite that on 18th day they managed to send tracking number after I have send mails and contact them and they said that the product will be there in 21 days like totaly 39 days to be shipped and not 10-20 as they said . I asked before they send shipping info for a refund and they denied as they said if you see product and you don't like it you can return it and take a refund. Not good at communication and not respecting their customers.

Ordered a hoodie, took my money, got no email stating order was approved never mind a tracking number. Only thing is I used PayPal so got my money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM
