Took my real money when it stated I was playing with my bonus money. At no point did I click to play with real money. Deposited £200 to receive £200 bonus. Continuous loses of my bonus money on the spins led me to blackjack (£275 in my account) I placed 2 £25 bets and lost. I tried to withdraw my real money only to see my account has been reduced to £25. At this point they conveniently switched my loses from bonus money to real money.

After 1hr on live chat we move on by emails. 4 days later a reply from customer service that if you place a bet higher than £10 (which I placed 2 £25 bets on blackjack) you lose your bonus (£200) clause 10.1.

Honestly what absolute nonsense, what kind of casino limits your bets at £10? Absolute scam

SportingIndex has always run a fair, honest and trust worthy website. They are always willing to help the customer in the possible way they can. Generosity and compassion has always been delivered in every circumstance.

For the bets that I have placed over the years of which some have caused confusion due to a resulting outcome have always been settled in my favour. They always put the client first, which is a satisfactory feeling.

I literally have no bad words to say for this company as they have always been reliable and generous.

First off i choose my companies based on good customer service .. thats where you can judge best.. if they treat you well as a customer then they will have a good experience for you..

I won a prize and for reasons of my own fault i wasnt eligible but the customer service team went above and beyond what they needed to to and arranged for me to have said prize

They didnt need to and it has been at cost to them , trust me when i say if something ever goes wrong you can be assured they will help you fairly and to your satisfaction

They put the customer first

Had a problem with Sporting Index however they were very quick to solve it which changes my view on the company entirely.

I have always found Sporting Index very fair, I have made mistakes when rushing to put a bet on with my phone and the mistake gets sorted fairly and never a problem. They have the best array of markets in the business so something for everyone.
I have been a client for about 20 years.

I have been an account holder with Sporting Index for 25 years since inception.
During that time I have seen many changes on the Board and in the staff, but the quality of service and the product has only grown as spread betting markets have developed.
City and IG index fell by the wayside, with the only realistic competitor currently being Spreadex, who have developed its website to offer a Fixed Odds product online, however on a personal basis SPIN look after their regular clients at a higher level.
Margins on some of the spreads could be shaved with advantage, as I believe that would see a commensurate increase in stakes, to the benefit of all.
The relationships that Chief and his team, particularly, have continued developing with clients can only be applauded.
I have also found the Customer Services and Credit Control departments to be responsive, helpful and understanding whenever the need has arisen.

Decent betting vendor. Very easy to use site. User friendly. However the spreads are still too wide for large traders like myself. Should be half a tick tighter.

Have been approached by two other spread betting accounts who can show better bid offer. Would prefer to stay with Sporting but competition is out there.

I have been a client for many years now and would have no reservations about recommending Sporting Index to friends and colleagues. On the very rare occasions I have had to contact them on account issues I have been dealt with promptly and very fairly, I always feel valued (a rare commodity these days in the betting/gaming world ) as a client.

I have been a client of sporting index from the very early days and they have always been excellent in terms of developing their business model to make the trades easy to access and understand.

Also from a customer services perspective they have always been very accommodating and easy to deal with, whether changing credit cards or helping when there is controversy over a bet.
I use no one else.

An excellent spread betting company that offers a huge range of markets on a large array of sports.
I normally use the website which is a decent medium for placing my bets but whenever I need to contact them by phone, the traders are always very friendly and professional.
My only real complaint is the amount of time that markets are suspended, which is frustrating when I want to place a bet after an event has taken place (e.g. a wicket has fallen in the cricket or a goal has been scored in a football match) and have to wait for too long for the markets to come back online.

Sporting Index are the leaders in their field, with a knowledgeable staff who are a credit to their company. Sporting offer a huge array of markets and dealing with them over the last 15 years has been pleasurable, despite more money going in the opposite direction!

Lots of Markets in a wide variety of sports. Haven't found a fixed or spread company that is better.

I have been with Sporting Index for 24 years and would recommend them to anybody wishing to spread bet. For excitement it is streets ahead of fixed odds betting and the way these companies boast of betting in running is a joke as Sporting have been doing it for 25 years. The staff are knowledgeable, the markets huge, and if, like me, you have the odd difference of opinion they do not throw the rule book at you but seek a compromise. It is also a misconception that you have no control and may lose a fortune. On any bet, once you understand the rules, you can limit your losses. 98% of my bets are with them and I have been gambling for 50 years!

Excellent company great customer service and lots of fun to deal with!

A fine innovative company. Unfortunately, it doesn't fully suit my betting preferences.
