The Toms shoes I bought from SIF recently arrived in a timely manner and were fine, except that Toms designate a UK 6 as a 38.5, which is incorrect: a UK 6 is a 39. So they're too small. I politely emailed SIF to tell them and say I didn't want to return them but just wanted to let them know - presumably they would want to let others know prior to future orders? In return they sent me a single screenshot chart showing that 38.5 is a 6, which it's nevertheless not - google isn't always right. My point is I didn't want to return or a refund; I was simply sending them info for the benefit of future potential purchasers, but their response was at best dismissive. Not somewhere I'll buy from again. Be careful re:sizing if buying Toms generally, but esp from SIF - Toms got the sizing wrong and SIF have no interest in alerting people to the correct info.

Similar to other customers, defective product and no support outside 30 day returns policy.
Fails to acknowledge Consumer Rights Act 2015 and just responds with “30 day returns policy” or worse still, stops responding completely.

Ignore the responses about returns policy. This is a Legal Consumer Rights issue that they refuse to comply with. Reported to trading standards.

Call customer services and apparently person answering the phone is already the manager so no escalation route is available.
No complaint system so no escalation path available there either. It seems they will just rely on you not having the energy or money to take further action.

Avoid if you want peace of mind if the product doesn’t last a reasonable time (90 days in my case).

Items doesn't match the pictures.They were completely different.
Some items are defective and bad quality or not matching the size in description.
Poor customer service. Will keep sending you scripts that they will refund you after item will be scaned in their warehouse. This can last for weeks maybe even for months. Do not reccomend this seller. The worse experience from buying online so far.

P.S I have contacted the support via email about 5 times and they used to tell me same thing :"Hello,

As soon as our returns team have scanned in your returned item, we will refund you within 3 working days."
And this last more than 1 month

Initially great experience buying Hoka hiking boots. Fast and easy swap for better size.
Three months on, the vibram sole parted from the sole in two places so I emailed support for advice. Curt reply said it was outside their 30 day return and as a "reseller of branded goods" they did not offer a manufacturer guarantee. No other advice.
I have sent the an extract of the Consumer Protection law which says quite clearly that a complaint about faulty or poor quality products is indeed their problem. They are not above the law but seem to think they are.
Don't expect any help if something goes wrong.

I ordered a pair of Ralph Lauren slippers as an xmas gift and received a cheap chinese fake (all hallmarks present; fake non original labels inconsistant with genuine RL item which I also own, packaging was basically 'a plastic bag' covered in chinese writing - no branding).

This website preys on unsuspecting customers and misleads by piggybacking 5K+ of fake reviews. I should have followed my initial gut instinct that the £20 price tag was too good to be true. People like this should receive heavy fines and be banned from trading for life. Reported to UK trading standards.

Avoid at all costs.

Do not purchase from this website!!! The customer service is appalling. Do not purchase if you are an international customer. The cost of shipping is expensive- three times the amount of competitor sites. The items I received were incorrect and not as described on their website. The solution provided was for me to pay to return the items. No compensation or solution offered. So in the end I will have paid over $100 AUD to receive and return products I didn’t order. Spend your money somewhere you can trust to provide customer service.

Kickers shoes came. I didn’t notice but my partner did. They had been worn as design was scuffed off on the front. My daughter is 5 and autistic, therefore we are keeping the shoes as she loves them. However selling items as new when they aren’t is a bit misleading
