When I paid for a football and a football pump from the website, it said that if I ordered the products inside 'x' number of hours, will the package be sent to the store the same day, for me to collect it.
But after completing the transaction online, I get an email saying that the package is ready to be sent and that I can collect it the next working day.
I checked in the store and they said the same. I eventually had to wait for 2 days to collect the products as the next day turned out to be a holiday.
Definitely not the way to give incorrect information to a customer.

Wholes in the swimmsuit
Ordered a swimming suit for my daughter. We ordered it online as it is a special type which is hard to find in normal shops. Delivery was fast but as it arrived it had two wholes in it. We needed it for the next day and I called the customer service. He was kind enough to look up the place they would have it. Then he told me to call them and ask them to keep it until I can go there myself.
As i was busy and the place closed before I could arrive, we ended without a swimming suit for the occasion . Going to the shop tomorrow to exchange it.
