Long response time, bad website design

Pre-payed for a flat, had to manually search for photos as most didn't show up at first. Most of my claims were dismissed without any chance of appeal. So I'm stuck with a handful of photos knowing there are a lot more. Why do I have to pay for a flat if they can't even give me all of my photos?

Customer service is not reacting to my requests.

To sum it up:
Overpriced
Bad search function
Worse customer service

Update 15/08: got my pictures re-checked and approved and finally an answer from customer service. Photos are good-ish. Unfortunately the photographer at the start seemingly left early, no photos from the last start blocks there.
Therefore updating to 2 stars.

Overpriced Photos After an Already Expensive Event

I took part in an event that already cost around €100, only to find out afterward that they charge extra for photos—€12 for a single image or €24 for the full set (which is only about 5–10 photos). Of course, they push you toward paying the full €24. The photo quality is okay, but I’m honestly too frustrated by the pricing model and overall concept to rate this higher than 1 star.

In the end, it feels a lot like overpriced school photos—except this time, I didn’t even want to participate in the first place. Just by signing up for the event, it seems like you automatically give up your rights to how your image is used or sold. It’s not a good experience overall.

The British Heart Foundation London to Brighton Bike Ride 2025

Sportograf covered photography for the British Heart Foundation organised sponsored bike ride from London to Brighton on 15 July 2025. Their photographers were located at strategic spots along the route and took multiple photographs. They were superb professional photos identified by the rider number. I was sent about 90 in all for a bargain price of £25! This year their coverage was even better than previous years.

Shocking company - thieves

I pre-ordered photos. After the event, I was never sent a code to access them, and it wanted me to pay again.

They do not respond to messages submitted via their website.

There is no number to call.

You try to log in to their website and it sends you a 'magic link' that never turns up (and is not in SPAM either).

They have stolen £50 from me and I simply cannot contact them.

Truly appalling company.

Do not use them.
