When I use to buy I never get charged for another delivery in Malta.
This time when the item arrived in Malta the company in Malta sended me an email to pay another €26. I never ever had to pay anything and when I paid to buy the trousers there wasn't any message that I'm going to pay extra cost on arrival. It's a shame on this. Because the trousers came more expensive from sports direct than from buying it from Malta. I sended an email to customer care, hope they understand the issue.

Ordered a pair of women's Chelsea boots from Sports Direct that were discounted. Arrived quickly with up to date tracking. It was a make I'd never had before, so was a bit dubious as to sizing, quality etc, especially for the price. They are so nice and the sizing is true. They look pretty sturdy too and are comfortable. Really happy with product and delivery.

Don't order anything from Sports Direct. If you do, you will regret it. Your ordered goods will not get delivered and you will have huge difficulty trying to get a refund on undelivered goods, because you have nothing to return. Their customer care is non-existent.

Ordered a product more then a week ago. Was told will be here today even though you pay for delivery, you don't receive your product I now have to wait another 1-3 days so the guy named Emirul will speak to a relevant team and get in touch. I needed the product for my nephew's birthday tomorrow. Avoid shopping with them.

Will never buy off sports direct again . My child’s trainers fell apart after 1 month barely worn . Still waiting 14 days later for an email reply as I bought online so store won’t help . There is no number to contact them for online . All store numbers advertised just ring no one answers . Guess I will be visiting store to speak to a manager & demand they ring their head office or your just left completely ignored!

Terrible company took 90 pounds from me for a tv which I ordered in October and twenty pounds delivery charge I still haven’t received it and when you contact customer service they are hopeless 😩 waste of time and energy spent thousands over the years won’t even buy a pack of socks 🧦 from yous in the future how many other people money have they taken without giving them the product pure scam

Order well overdue. Payment taken but no delivery email recieved. Almost impossible to.contact a human to talk to. Complaints number denies being Sports Direct! First and last time dealing with this company. Please save your money.

Beware all sports direct online shoppers. When returning items back to sports direct warehouse. They may not acknowledge all your returns. Untrustworthy warehouse workers........and poor customer service, can't raise your complaint/talk to anyone on phone, just emails. I returned two items and they only acknowledge one, claiming that they only received one. You may have to record or take pictures of your package when returning items. They are still refusing to refund the second item.

I purchased some Nike Air Trainers to wear to the gym. I had only walked to the gym and did workouts for 1 month and one of the trainers developed an unbearable squeak on every step. I contacted their customer service team to report this and gave a demo video prooving the fault . They agreed to a return of the product which went ahead via evri. They then stalled the return with no conact or confirmation to me via email. After one week they rudely sent me back the unusable trainers and to add insult to injury stated that it's after 28 days so you 've had it. What was the point of that? They stated that it wasn't manufacturers fault but an external one, without saying what the damage even was? I can assure anyone reading this that there was no damage done by me, nothing was found stuck in the shoes. I suspect they didn't even do any tests but I cannot be certain. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a pair of sports gloves online for store collection. They sent me a much cheaper model from the same brand and it looks completely different than in the pictures. Now they claim I received the correct item because they printed a sticker that matches my order and stick it on top of the actual barcode. Staff at the store were a complete stone wall and refused to even acknowledge that I didn’t get what I ordered. I have to spend time and money to post it back and there is no guarantee I’ll get anything because as far as they’re concerned, all is well and there is nothing I can do about it other than shout into this corner of the internet. Never buying anything from them again, online or in store.

I recently bought Adidas trainers which were to small but some do come up small,Chingford Sports Direct was Helpful and friendly from trying on another pair then to exchange at the till.
They had less staff so I felt they was over worked but smiling and being helpful

Still waiting for shoes almost 4 weeks after delivery and no response from Sports Direct despite many attempts through their website. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought two sweatshirts, only one arrived. Was told by customer services that ut was be resolved the same day. That was over a week ago. They're not responding to me at all. Scam of a company... Avoid at all costs.

WILL BE TAKING THIS TO COURT. I’m EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. I BROUGHT A PAIR OF TRAINERS IN JUNE AND WAS SENT TWO DIFFERENT SHOES. I SENT THEM BACK TO REQUEST THE CORRECT PAIR USING AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM WHICH WAS FRUSTRATING. I WAS TOLD THE TRAINERS ARE NO LONGER IN STOCK AND WILL RECEIVE A REFUND BUT STILL NOTHING WHEN CHASED THEY SAID THE PAIR ARE BEING SENT TO ME. THIS WAS the 09/06/2024 today is 04/10/2024 and still no sign of a refund or the trainers. This has been ongoing for 4 months and I’m still chasing with no proper help from really staff. I AM NOW WARY OF ORDERING FROM YOU ONLINE AND WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU IN THE FUTURE!

Don't do it, sent wrong order twice, I was blamed for not ordering in US sizes when I live in the UK! Customer Service rude and still waiting for my refund. NEVER buying with them again

Having read other reviews on this site it is clear the reviews are accurate. This company should be closed down. They are thieves, cheats and liars. If you want to get to a top man that lies contact Lewis on exec.investigations@frasers group. When you get in contact with him the wheels move incredibly fast and then as for all cases listed the wheels fall off. I'm not sure how he sleeps at night probably standing up.

One month and my shoes never arrived. No way of getting a refund or talking to someone. Shameful company

We ordered two products and only one arrived. The courier took two photos of the same parcel and said they’d delivered both. Sports Direct won't even acknowledge that one of the parcels hasn’t arrived-it’s clearly some sort of scam they have going between themselves and Evri. Please read the reviews before you purchase-this happens so frequently it can’t be a coincidence. Our next step is to involve the police.
