We made an order in the very beginning of November. Till today order was not sent, all emails have got no answer.

Fraudsters or simply dishonest people
Almost 3 weeks since order and last communication.
No letter about receiving and sending the goods
No response to 4 subsequent letters with questions about the order
Money has been debited from the art

10/27/2024I placed an order for 319.60
I did not receive a letter about receiving my order
I wrote myself asking about the possibility of sending to Cyprus. They replied that this was not possible and suggested ordering from a representative. After that, I asked for a refund. The refund came in 4 days.
After I realized that the representative did not have most of the goods, I tried to make a repeat order on 11/03/2024, but ran into problems on the seller's side at the payment stage. I immediately wrote to him about this.
11/04/2024 I tried to place an order again and the payment went through. I indicated the delivery address in Germany (the address of the intermediary for sending to Cyprus)
After that, on 11/05/2024 the representative wrote to me:
Hi Aleksandr,
I think the order went well now with the payment. However, I get an error when creating the shipping label.
If I remember correctly you wanted to order from Cyprus, right? Now the address is in Germany (Frankfurt).
Can you confirm the address is as follows:

City: Frankfurt
Country: Germany
To which I replied on the same day that the address is correct and should be sent there and asked to send the tracking. The letter remained unanswered.
11/07/2024 new letter asking to confirm the shipment - unanswered
11/13/2024 - Another letter - unanswered
11/18/2024 - Again unanswered.
