Trash company with poor customer service! Steer clear of these guys they are not good at their job and leave you dumbfounded time after time with their stupidity!! Plenty other apps out there that value their customers equally! Eat a donkeys dong ya asswipes!

Sportsbet police events in real time and do a lot of dishonest live market changes.
I have friends who have worked in the industry who have since told me that there are a lot of shady things that happen in the industry, and it is the only way that the industry can survive.

Horrible answer time. Over 5 minutes and still waiting to place a bet for a live bet. Very shady when it comes to information regarding bets as well and not every one of them knows how to answer. So 5 people give you completely different information.

Sportsbet need to decide if a draw (as last week in AFL) is given as a win or loss.
How can a multi bet have 9 green ticks after correct selections, the draw given as a win, and the carrot all along is a full payout until the last game.
Then Sportsbet cut the winnings in half, so why deceive a punter and show a full payout when you have no intention of honouring it. Very dishonest.
It appears Sportsbet do as they like, rather than pay out what the multi bet registers.

I joined 2 weeks ago and I have since LOST $820.00 to Sportsbet - so they are well in front. I only bet $1550.00 so a 50% loss in significant.

Sportsbet now tell me I have been cutoff from future promotions AND CANNOT TELL ME WHY - they say the matter is out of their hands.

Despite my very concerned protestations nobody on their so called CUSTOMER SERVICE line was able to help - I was told that other parties had made that decision !!

I’ve had bets on the NRL with several betting agencies, after the the corona virus shutdown, Sportsbet were the only ones that refused any refunds and held my money until the comp restarted and my bets looked good. Then they canceled all my bets and refunded. I would recommend every other betting agency over Sportsbet.

I bet $5 on a game. I won. They never paid my back. Honestly, I would have continued using it if they had been honest.

I placed a fixed price bet on Lanken Star at 44 to 1 Caulfield on the 15/04/2020. $2200.00 result.
On the 18/04/2020 there were four scratchings. I took a screen shot of the scratchings, no deductions
I also checked Beteasy, TAB, and Ladbrokes they also notified no deductions
I also had two friends place a bet on Lanken Star with Ladbrokes and Betesy at fixed odds, there were no deductions taken from there bet.
I contacted SPORTSBET to ask why they deducted $550.00 from my bet when there were no deductions notified after the scratchings on saturday their reply was sorry the deductions stand.
Sportsbet are not a reputable company to bet with, when they moved the gold posts after the ball was kicked.

Tried placing a bet on the Tote and received the message "Errors on your bet slip" and it would not accept. I tried placing the same bet using the lower Fixed Odds and it accepted the bet. Called customer service and found "the brokers" had blocked my account from accessing the tote odds. Of course no-one was around to explain why. I think the reason why could be they're a bunch of sly maggots. There's plenty of other providers out there, bet with someone else.

Really bad, rude customer service, I had to get verified because I had a NZ address, but I had an australian bank account. I tried to get verified but none of their links worked.... dodgy!

Joke company.They advertise "a punter had $10,000" on a horse or footy game yet you try and have a couple of hundred and they take a partial bet of $30 or so .Full of rubbish! Overseas BS artist.

SportsBet is a literal SCAM. They will adjust the descriptions of bets after you have placed them and they will manipulate the results of bets against documented factual outcomes in order to resolve a bet in their favour.

Customer support is arrogant and couldn't care less about retaining your business. One of the worst SCAM companies I've ever seen.

The biggest SCAMMERS in the betting business!! don't trust them! They've suspended my cashout before the game has even started or sometimes early in the game they will suspended my multi at their discretion, they have done this to me since September this year, what's the point of having a cashout option when most of the time it's suspended? This is how they get ya!! dodgy, greedy c**TS! Pack of frauds and very misleading! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUMS!!

Terrible phone support. Unwilling to help and unfriendly. I was just about accused of money laundering after I enquired about why there were restrictions on my withdrawal amount.

After I emailed them they finally agreed to release my funds back when I threatened legal proceedings.

No apologies given for poor support despite having pointed it out to them. They really dont care!

Horrible customer service.
New to betting, go into live chat to query about why the cashout kept dropping literally every second I clicked it. Seemed like it was a little misleading (had no idea what was happening) so I just wanted to see if that was normal or a bug. Went into live chat, waited over 10 minutes in app despite first in queue, spoke to "luke" who was dreadful.
Kept telling me how they can't cash out FOR me, despite I kept saying that literally wasn't what I was there for nor did I once ask them or enquire about that. I asked for a supervisor as I just wanted someone to actually read what I said, then I get someone who said the same thing. Do they even read your messages? Literally just tell me that cashout prices change every second rather than patronise me about "we can't cashout for you."
Thanks for wasting my time.

I win a bet, make the withdrawal & it never arrives. Call them and they say that because I won & it was a large amount it could be fraud so they keep the money & wait to see if I’d call them. Nice how they spin it that they’ve done nothing criminal. Now I gotta call back during business hours to chase my money

Those tyrant sh*thead! They are quick to remove losing bets which is fine but not as quick to pay out the winning bets? Waited almost an hour for one winning bet? They're waiting to see if I can lose the following bets so it cancels out the winning bet. F**king d**ks!

The betting and form guides are excellent but their payments team are unresponsive and unhelpful. You deposit in good faith and the money doesn’t hit your account and you are left to just watch racing.

Other betting agencies deposit monies instantly and no problems.

Thankfully their are other agencies to bet with
