They approved my KYC
They approved my KYC, now they claim missing documents and hold $9600 withdrawal

I am disappointed with Sportsbetting.ag.
I requested a withdrawal of $9600 (crypto), and my account was suddenly put “under investigation.” They claimed missing KYC documents, but I have already submitted all documents multiple times — and they were previously APPROVED by their own team.
Now they are repeating the same generic responses and not clearly explaining:
- what is actually missing
- why previously approved KYC is no longer valid
- when my withdrawal will be processed
My funds have been locked for weeks with no transparency.
This is extremely concerning and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise others to be very careful when using this platform.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Very pleasant experience so far
Been using this site for a while now and overall it’s been a solid experience. The VIP program is actually decent — they offer weekly and monthly bonuses, plus post-month rewards and regular reloads which help keep the balance going. It’s not crazy high every time, but it’s consistent and better than a lot of other sites that barely give anything back .
Game selection is another big plus. There’s a huge variety, and I like that they also have originals alongside the usual slots and live games, so there’s always something different to play.
Site runs smoothly, bets are easy to place, and overall it feels reliable. This site is at the top of my list as of now.
