Never order from Sportsbuddy

Worst experience ever.
Purchased 2 items from Sportsbuddy. None of them worked. Initiated a return after only about a week. Sportsbuddy kept trying to make us keep the items. Took a few weeks before we got the info we needed to return the items. When following up why the return was not completed, we got info that we sent them in too late and would not be refunded. We would get gift certificates instead.

So dissapointed.
Will never order from Sportsbuddy again.

Amazing customer service and super fast…

Amazing customer service and super fast delivery. Had some requests related to delivery which the site didn't support. Contacted customer service on the chat, and in less than five minutes, by order was placed and my requests were taken care of. Will highly recommend SportsBuddy!
