Mixed Experience With Customer Service
I had very mixed experiences with customer service. A few times was so good, I tried on different goggles and the process of sending back and forth the different trial ones was easy and smooth. But then clearly someone else took over, suddenly I had to pay shipping for each trial fitting pair which means that if the goggles don't fit you have to pay for it to be sent back. And sometimes depending on the customer service representative I got, they didn't know which goggles they had available and said they had none in one size, but then when I looked on the site there were clearly some available and I had to tell them that the product existed. I initially thought that this was a great place with good customer service, so I was a bit sad after this experience, and I ended up asking for a refund instead of trying on more glasses. It is a shame because I would've been very happy to have continued business with them had it not been for that.
