From minor to major repairs, I cannot remember a time when we were not completely satisfied with SFG's communication, workmanship or professionalism. From a back stop repair to the installation of motorized bleacher and everything in between we have been pleased, SFG is our go to company for anything sports related.

Excellent customer service!
The individual I worked with over web chat, then on the phone, was extremely helpful to the point of calling the vendor to ask about waiving all the shipping costs so that I could stay within my budget (which we successfully did). To me, this is above and beyond as far as customer service goes so I would recommend these folks to anyone. The packages arrived accurately and in good shape so I can only say good things about the entire experience.

The product was great, but when I ordered it, they didn't tell me it was back ordered and had to wait two extra weeks to receive it.
