I hope my money back, thanks 🙏🏽

Shocking. I wasn't actually contacted by these thieves. I was on a shopping expedition on line, for a carpet cleaner.
Being very scam - savvy, I found what looked like a great bargain. The company name provided was nothing like this but, quickly changed to this after ordering. Had the money taken out of my account very quickly. No receipt got my antenna worried. Contacted my bank to get my card deleted within ten minutes. Complete frauds and thieves.

Like others here, subscribed without knowing it. Months later received an email about my refund. Could be a scam but well, didn't click any links, so hopeful it might actually be real.

I needed to request a refund and Raj was very helpful in arranging this.

The support team is friendly and responsive.

My request is awaiting for a refund of
$603 NZD.

I’m not happy with this company but to receive a refund in being pressed into leaving a review.
It’s only taken this company 3-4 months to to reach this stage in receiving a refund.
Make your own minds up folks and good luck to you all.
I will probably not receive this refund now as this is not a positive review for them

This is wrong on so many levels

Took unauthorised payment from my bank when I tried to get it back they denied me but the are saying they will refund my money now so I am happy with the way they have eventually conducted themselves

The fact that I got contacted regarding my refund which I was long told I cannot get, it means so much about the business and it's services.

Harry sorted my issue out with speed and efficiency

Bad, bad, Abusers, weird accounts and without consent... I'm here voting 4 stars for my refund, I hope they give it to me and they never sign me up for these absurd things again.

I mistakenly clicked on Sportslife on Facebook a few months back not releasing I had made a purchase.
I emailed the company and recently heard back from them saying they will be refunding me.
This is great customer service and proves that patience can pay off.

There's no point being constructive here, this is clearly a scam. I'm a savvy user, but i think I have had my credit card details skimmed at some point. They are pretended to be helpful by replying to my messages, but still haven't offered any real assistance. I've had to cancel my credit card and don't know if I'll get the dodgy transactions reversed. Be careful and only buy from online shops that are legit/well-known.
