I am trying to download my purchase, forgot my password and asked to reset and it will not send me an email to reset password. Wanting to stitch out the design as a gift today. I have tried 3 times to get an email to reset the password. Frustrated and disappointed.

Liked the logo mascot I purchased. It was late in afternoon when I purchased the logo, but did receive it until the next morning.

Terrible
Terrible. Made a purchase on 10/4 @ 6:45 pm and didn’t receive it via email until 10/5 @ 12:45 am! By that time it wasn’t needed anymore and I had to find another vendor to purchase the design I already paid for but NEVER received.

BUYER BEWARE: DOUBLE CHARGING
BUYER BEWARE: DOUBLE CHARGING. On July 12, 2024, I ordered two embroidery files: Appalachian State Mountaineers-SPLN006104 and North Carolina State Wolfpack-SPLN00800. I only received one, North Carolina State Wolfpack-SPLN00800. I notified Sports Logos at 4:53 AM EST. At 8:03 AM EST, I received a follow-up email with both files attached. Sports Logos placed a second charge against my credit card for the full amount. I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO PAY DOUBLE THE VALUE. My attempts to have the second charge for THE SAME ITEMS/FILES returned or reversed have failed. They responded, "Customer has already been provided services paid for." They failed to acknowledge I was forced to PAY TWICE!!!! I would not recommend utilizing their services.

I'm shocked by the ignorance behind this review. It's absolutely impossible for me to charge you twice in one purchase. Furthermore, you also claim that you spoke with your bank to get the charges reversed, but your bank decided the chargeback in my favor.
I am discerning of how I approach negative reviews and I always use them to better my services, while also ensuring I take steps to remedy or improve the customer's situation.
However, I'm forced to call out your ignorance in this context. Please speak to your bank, or check your card statement to find out exactly what happened. I'm sure you'll find no duplicate charge. And even if you do, it is a matter for you to take up with your bank, not with me.
I reiterate (that means to repeat): it is impossible for me to charge you twice for a single purchase. That's just not how banking and card payments online work. Your chargeback request was a fraudulent one, which is why your own bank decided in my favor once I provided proof of delivery.
Please refrain from using our services in the future.

The file I bought only shows an invalid link. The company replied to my review and was able to send me a new email with the attachment of the SVG I ordered. I am happy to have received what I did purchase.

Lines over lap when cutting then the pieces don’t fit properly such a waste of money. I highly do not recommend buying files from this company. If I can get my money back, I would take it.
