Great customer Service and Products. I had trouble downloading files emailed Nick and he got back to me within minutes with the files. Amazing!! Definitely recommend.

Sports Logos was the only place I could find a PES file for the Colorado Mammoth, and it is a great pattern. Also, the website offered a coupon, but I couldn't get it to load. I emailed the company a... See more
Had a little heckup getting files. Resolved quickly and professionally. Will order again
Quick turnaround, responsive to questions, good product. I was able to make a really nice embroidered item right after receiving the files. Very pleased.

Hi Gregory,
Apologies for the poor experience, and thank you for taking out the time to leave a review.
I have been trying to reach you through email since yesterday, but perhaps my emails are landing in your spam folder or are otherwise unable to reach you. Some mail providers block emails with attachments, which is how I attempted to send you the files for your purchase.
I have once again sent you an email, if you could please take a look. I'd also greatly appreciate it if you could change your review to more accurately reflect the situation. :)
Thanks,
Nick. :)

Not an Instant Download
Unfortunately my purchase was not an “instant download”. I had to wait for about 8 hours. It arrived at 3:15AM. At this point I had spent the time creating the vector art myself. Big bummer.

Hi there,
I apologize for your poor experience. Could you please email me at nick@sportslogos.in with the details of your order (order number or email you used to purchase) so I can fix this for you?
Thanks,
Nick. :)
Great customer service!
This was a very easy order to make, and their customer service is second to none! The information was very helpful, and there was one additional size option that a purchaser could get upon request. When I requested that size option on Saturday evening, and it was in my email on Sunday morning...thanks Nick for taking care of it so quickly!!!!

Hi Joe,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I apologize for the poor experience.
As I can see here, you placed your order on the 6th of July, 2023; and the order confirmation email already included the link to download the file.
The emails that you sent to me after your purchase went to my spam folder, and I was unable to reply to them - for which I apologize. I simply had no idea that you hadn't received the files for your purchase.
If you could please check your email once more, I have emailed the files for your purchase to you myself.
Once again, apologies for the poor experience and I hope to change your bad review into a good one. :)
Thanks,
Nick. :)

Update
UPDATE: Received my logo and an email from the company. Updating review to 4 stars. Should receive the logo on the first try and not the day after (especially if advertised as immediate download).
Scam. Never got my logo from them.

Very Good Designs
They have great designs that stitch out exceptionally well. They are not 24/365 so depending on when you place your order, just allow 12-15hr to receive your files due to difference in time zones. They DO make good on orders and are great to work with!

Hi Jamie,
The files were emailed to you immediately upon your purchase, perhaps my email didn't reach you? I've sent you another email - perhaps there was a typo, or my emails landed in your spam folder?
Please check your inbox and let me know if you've received the files.
I'd also greatly appreciate it if you could update your review to more accurately reflect your experience.
Thanks,

Hi Byron,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I apologize for the poor experience.
You didn't immediately receive the files for your order due to a technical glitch, and I was unable to send them to you sooner due to the difference in our timezones.
I hope that you were still able to use the files, and look forward to hearing from you again soon to serve you better.
Thanks,
Nick. :)
