My daughter was looking for a pair of Converse fashion trainers, the one's that she wanted were only available at FootLocker, or so I thought. Not only did Sportsmart have the same trainers in stock, but they were £20 cheaper.
Ordered prior to New Year and they arrived yesterday delivered by Royal Mail. My daughter is delighted with them.
I would have no hesitation with using Sportsmart again and would recommend the service.

Excellent Service
The speed of service is outstanding, but on this occasion the purchase only lasted about 3 weeks before the plimsolls split. The previous pair were fine though. Must have just been a bad pair.

Very disappointed with customer service
I am first time buyer from Sportsmart and I am really disappointed. I won't recomend this company to any of my friends . Product I have received is not as described (not even close), besides of that they send wrong colour. Stock availibility not accurate. Return form not attached to a product.
After I have complaint I never heard from them even if they promissed to do so!!!
