Amazing service! The staff are super responsive and truly customer-oriented — it makes you want to come back again and again. Even though I couldn’t take full advantage of everything the service offers, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my issue was resolved and how much they cared about finding the best solution for me. Unfortunately, my location doesn’t let me enjoy all the benefits, but the support team absolutely makes up for it. Really impressed!

The service team helped me well with the cancellation of my account.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I have to serve a 14 days notice before my account is cancelled.charges also still apply within that 14days even though you have requested to cancel.

The company should adjust the system to let cancellation take effect immediately on the time of request and charges should not apply after cancellation request.
