I was told my exercise bike would be here on the 10th July tried to contact company several times with no reply. Can not get hold of anyone don’t know what to do next. This company is taking money from people and not providing the kind of service they deserve. Avoid

Haven’t gotten product yet it’s for long tome. I’m thinking to report to police.
Sent email them but no answer.

Absolute scumbags, ordered a treadmill in may, I've been given two delivery dates and taken time off work to be in for delivery, nothing shows up and they have now blocked me from Facebook & Instagram.

DO NOT ORDER OF THESE COWBOYS!

Just thought I would update my situation. After ordering my 30kg barbell set on March 30th they have just been delivered today 14 weeks later! So all those people out there still waiting there is hope you will receive your items.

So wished I’d had read reviews before purchasing my treadmill. Ordered 13 May . Told it would be shipped on the 16th June. No confirmation unable to get answers from sports tech as not answering phones. Won’t answer emails. Still no treadmill. Will have to now take it up with my credit card company. Please avoid.

Porchased CX2 Cross Trainer for £819.00
Received incomplete and faulty item.
Its electronic fault - the trainer is not sending any sensor data to Kinomap app- no speed info, no distance.
Sportstech ignoring 6 emails. Now working with my credit card provider to sort it out.
Be warned : expensive equipment delivered from Europe. NO UK service centre !!! , No UK customer service !!!!!, NO after sale support !!! Warranty DOES NOT EXIST !!!!

Same as everyone else, ordered in May, got a delivery estimation in July...have spent the last 2 and a half months trying to contact to cancel.

Phone lines don't work, chat option on website doesnt work, emails get automated responses but no actual acknowledgement

I am surprised there are a handful of people here that have received their order, as it would make much more sense to me to have found out the entire operation was fraudulent - however as it is, clearly they're majorly struggling to manage. That unfortunately does not excuse a business from still allowing customers to place orders they are not going to be able to fulfil properly and keeping hold of the payment.

Wish I read the reviews. Received my exercise bike and several emails and calls. Bike doesn’t work. Emailed several times, no reply. I arranged for the product to be sent back, which I know they have received. Emailed several times for a refund but no response. Shocking customer service and would advise not to buy anything from this company

Update from my previous review- I got my items shortly after I opened a PayPal dispute, I figured the dispute withholding funds triggered that, I didn’t receive any dispatch email, just the regular we have your parcel DPD text. Very happy with my items, exercise bike is robust & a quality piece of kit for the price, it’s just a shame that there are so many poor reviews. As a previous poster had stated my reviews are for the company Sports-Tech in Germany, not Sports-Tech in the UK!

After raising a dispute against Sportstech threw PayPal they finally responded saying a refund has been issued another week has passed i have just come off the phone to PayPal and they confirmed that a refund has never been attempted. They are clearly scamming a high percentage of customers and taking money with no intention of sending the products. They are using covid 19 as a smoke screen. AVOID THIS COMPANY IT WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME IF THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF SHUTTING DOWN.

AVOID! Treadmill delayed by over a month so I needed to cancel as luckily one became available in the UK. They still have my money and I have had no response whatsoever about cancellation and a refund. No response calling them either, the line is either dead or it says it is out of service hours when it clearly isn't.

it's just not worth the worry and hassle, I'd advise to go elsewhere.

UPDATE 27.7.20 The treadmill was originally ordered on 9 May. It is now 27 July and I still have not had a refund.

having read previous reviews I was worried. However my bike has now arrived, only a few weeks after initial estimated date.
I was e-mailed on day of previous delivery date to be advised of new scheduled date of 6/7/2020. I was offered option of cancel and refund if not happy.
My bike has arrived on 6/7/2020.

I feel it might be a little unfair to judge companies too harshly in view of the current situation regarding covid19. Many have faced staff shortages, unprecedented demand (especially for sports equipment due to gym closures and lockdowns), and transport/logistics issues beyond their control.
For that reason, I have been happy with level of communication and service from this company and would use the again.

I ordered a weights bench from Sports tech uk / Innovamaxx back in March, received an email advising delivery would be in June due to Covid delays. I've emailed on multiple occasions to find out when my order will be delivered and had no response and now I'm receiving a failed email notification as the recipients inbox is full! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL FRAUDSTERS!!!

How can we not put no stars they deserve no stars

Due mid June recently received letter stating time issues due to Covid and delay till October
That’s fair enough but they said I could cancel if emailed them which I have now done on countless occasions and had no reply yet they still have my money
So frustrating going to try go through the credit card company to get refund

The product took three months to come and it was advertised as an adjustable barbell when infact it is just a curl bar. The company says uk when infactvthey are based in Germany , they do not respond to emails and do not answer calls. There is a company called sport tech in the Uk who are a reputable company but this German company have taken their name and are the ones with the bad reviews . Do NOT order from them and check which sports tech you are dealing with before you order . The Uk company I’ve taken a massive hit due to this bogus company and can not afford to involve solicitors as I was speaking to a very nice gentleman from there earlier today. My son has lost £100 in rubbish which was his birthday money !

I have order bike in April i have not receive my bike since please can someone tell sports tech to deliver my bike i email them no reply. Or they should refund my money please no one should order anything from sports tech

I wish I had seen this before I placed my order of over £900! I have not received my order and I haven't been able to contact the seller at all - no response from any of the emails I have sent and I can not get through on the only telephone number I have (a German number that costs me a fortune to ring too!). Their chat-bot doesn't work on the site and I feel I may have been scammed out of my money, I paid with PayPal so hopefully I can get a refund through their systems. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Awful communication. Like others on here I ordered with promised delivery of mid June. Numerous emails sent to them with zero reply from Sports Tech. Website gives no phone number to contact and their chat bot doesn't work.

Getting extremely worried now I've taken for a ride and conned out of money.

Be very careful before ordering until this company makes amends with the customers they are currently letting down.
