No delivery, no customer service reply, and unclear shipping process

I ordered two pairs of training gloves from sportsworld, with an expected delivery date of April 22. It’s now April 29, and I still haven’t received anything.
I contacted customer service during the night leading up to April 22, and I have yet to receive a single reply – no confirmation, no update, nothing. Being ignored like this as a customer is extremely frustrating, especially when your order is delayed.
I also haven’t received any tracking number, and the order ID doesn’t work on any of the major shipping carriers I tried – GLS, PostNord, etc. It’s completely unclear who is supposed to deliver the package, and that kind of basic information should absolutely be provided.
On top of that, it’s frustrating that you can’t even choose your preferred shipping provider when checking out. That should really be standard these days. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be shopping here again.
Update:
Thank you for the response, Esben. However, I already contacted your customer service using the exact same form you linked to — back on the night before April 22 — and I still haven’t received any reply. It’s frustrating to be told to contact you again when my original inquiry has gone unanswered for over a week.
I would still appreciate help with the order, but at this point, the lack of communication has made the experience very disappointing.

Wrong colour Reebok classic received
Wrong colour Reebok classic received. The email receipt shows a failed loaded picture, and I can’t access my order on their webpage. The colour they sent isn’t even available on their webpage. Like it was a planned mini-fraud. And they want me to pay for return shipping. I’ll keep the kicks and change the colour myself. Very poor. Do not buy from Sportsworld.

Slow progress in sending my order
After online ordering, it takes you almost a week to send the items, that is way to slow in the market for sport clothing. I have still not received my order.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Refund, No Response
I returned my order weeks ago with insured shipping and tracking, which confirms it was delivered. Since then, I haven’t received my refund, and what’s worse – I haven’t received any response to my messages.
I’ve seen others with the same issue, and while they do get some generic replies, no real help is being offered. People are constantly being sent from one place to another without answers or action. It's incredibly frustrating.
To make things even worse, there is no clear or working customer service email anywhere on their websites. It feels like they are intentionally making it hard to get help or hold them accountable.

For my son's birthday
For my son's birthday, I ordered a pair of Adidas F50 ELITE on their webpage, they confirmed the cheaper model PRO. I contacted Sports World and they confirmed they will deliver the ELITE, but when I received the package it was PRO.
Have talked with 4 different persons via Chat, for more than one week, but no one can do anything.
Danish customer support cannot do anything either.
Only thing customer service can help with is returning the item. They are still promoting the ELITE version, but cannot guarantee what they will deliver.
So if you can find your items anywhere else, I recommend to do so.
