I bought a pair of shoes that ripped on the first use, and they hid the negative review - it is not displayed on the product page.

I purchased ASICS GEL-Nimbus 27 from Sport Vision Serbia, and after only two weeks of normal use (just walking), the inner heel area started to tear apart. I filed a warranty claim after three months, but it was rejected with no proper explanation.

I own last year's ASICS model (GEL-Nimbus TR), same size and same type of use, and those shoes still look almost new after a full year. The difference in quality is huge.

Extremely disappointed with both the product and Sport Vision’s customer service.

2 orders got cancelled after 1-2 weeks with a no-stock notification email. all support phone numbers are fake

They did a promotion,which got canceled because,, no stocks" and the price was the initial one,so the stocks were there,also my shoe size.Scammers.

I ordered a pair of shoes. The box is in horrible condition, taped together, and on the box label where you check the size and other information it says it is a box for women's size 38. I ordered size 44.5. So they gave me another box.

They cancelled the order by sending an email that there were no products in stock, but when they did the promotion they didn't know what stock they had? I find them completely unreliable and unprofessional.

incompetence at art level , you order something and after 15 days they cancel your order , this happened 3 times on 3 different orders already ,support is non existent .

Avoid at all costs !

no email repply, if u have a problem you can t solve it, don t use this website

Terrible customer support. Orders delayed, no replies via email, no answer to calls.
