I didn't receive my order at all…
I didn't receive my order at all because obviously they are working with a totally incompetent (at least in my case) delivery firm which didn't seem to be able to do their job.

Another highly problematic with this company...
My second return with this company has also ran into major inconveniences causing me return home from parcel shop without being able to ship the items, still with the shoes in hand. This time, I remembered to download the return-slip onto my computer, then send it to my phone via email, as I would not be able to download this later under any circumstances and it is not sent to me in the return email. However, I accidently deleted the correct file and used an inccorect QR code was rejected by the parcel shop. I had to return home and I'm still waiting on a from the company to get this corrected after a full business day. Due to personal circumstances, I have 4 hours to get this sorted out tomorrow or the parcel will not be shipped for several weeks. I don't understand why they don't send you the return label, QR code, or make it downloadable at anytime.
Edit 05.03.2026: they tried to have this review removed but I provided proof-of-purchase and of exchanged Emails.
